yes i know a TEST would resolve it...but ive been told it is too soon. Home preg test was negative...I am away living out of my own country in a foreign country non english speaking...not much support here, preg test kits el cheapos....I guess i was looking for women who perhaps had similiar symptons...this is a first time for me ...so im not sure what to expect...????

Hello, You had your last period on the 20 th right and you took your test on the 11th. Actually, that is to early. My tests always took to show positive a couple of days after my next period due date. It all depends oh how fast your hormone levels increase.
Just in case start taking some prenatal vitamins. You can pick them up at walmart. Good luck!

Really, it's impossible to tell from the way you feel. It could just be premenstation hormones upsetting your system. A positive pregnancy test is the only way to be sure. But rest assured, time will tell. Wait a week and do another test.

Is it possible that you infact ovulated later then you think you did? That could be the problem. I guess just waiting it out and see is the best advice. GL
