I am at 8 months now and feeling like I am ready to be done. My supply is going down, and my son seems less interested. He will take formula and a bottle. I wanted to go to 1 year, but right now seems like we are both ready. What do you think? What was your experience?

Our 18 month old has never had eczema, or very dry skin. We had our flu shots Monday, by Wed, he has an eczema type rash all over his body and head. Not harsh, just dry looking. We've been using recommended lotions, etc, but curious if it could be due to the shot. He's not allergic to eggs either. The shot FAQ sheet says one side effect could be hives, but nothing about rashes either. This also didnt happen with last years flu shot. Also how quickly does eczema come on, or spread. This spread all over in a day.

My 11 yr old daughter had such a major attitude this morning and
she back talked and screamed at me. I grounded her from TV telephone and friends. Since I don't go to church and consider this a
fun thing to do I have grounded her from this as well. I feel I have done the right thing but I know my extended family will not support this decision. What should I do. She goes to church with them and I have to let them know that she will not need a ride to church.
How will I present this to them as they feel church is an important thing for kids and not a fun activity.I would have not consider this but she really dug her self in a hole this morning. Any comments and advice would help. Thanks.

I have heard from a few people that sometimes heart rate can help determine sex of baby. People say average fetal heart rate is between 120-160 and that boys usually have a heart rate of 120-140 and girls 150-160. Just wondering what other people experience with this has been?? My friends fetal rate heat rate was around 160 and she is had a girl.

In early pregnancy, is it OK for the guy to still finish inside? Or should he pull out? I know it is good at the end of pregnancy to finish inside but I never heard anything about the beginning.Thank you!

My boyfriend and I have been trying to have a baby for a year now. Yesterday my period came on as schedule yet it was only spotting. Today I didn't see anything as if it went away. What does that mean? Could I be pregnant?

me and my wife just had a baby boy, its an awesome feeling being new parents but as you other parents know it is an immense amount of work. we are having a hard time getting him to sleep through the night. he is 7 weeks old. me and my wife haven't been able to sleep next to eachother anymore because one of us ends up sleeping in his room because he gets up so much. is there anything we could do that will help? my wife doesn't like using the baby monitor because it picks up noises from radio stations and we can here vague talking, it doesn't bother me but my wife can't stand it. anyone else going through a similar time??

As far as urinating, he is very good about using the toilet, has been for about 6 months now. When I see him acting like he is trying to go poop I quickly get him onto the toilet, but all that accomplishes is him thinking he is in trouble and nothing happens. I have tried sitting a chair in front of the toilet and sitting in the bathroom with him but was worried that making him stay on the toilet for too long could be considered abusive (had him stay on for about 45 minutes). Almost immediately after I allowed him up, he pooped in his underwear. To the best of my knowledge he has not yet ever pooped in the toilet (he may have for either his daddy or for the sitter and they had forgotten to tell me) so I am wondering if getting him to do it just once so that he can see it will be all that is needed for him to start doing it all the time. Any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreciated. (By the way, he is 5 years old)

Lately I have been experiencing some on and off pelvic pain almost like a UTI, but no burning sensation when urinating. I have heard that some women have like symtoms of a UTI when they are pregnant. What's your take on the subject? I did take a pregnancy test about 2 weeks back, it came up negative, but it was really too early to tell.
