Completely variable depending on what part of your cycle you're in, if he ejaculated (or had pre-***), and random chance. This has happened with me and my girlfriend several times and nothing happened but that's not to say the chance is low. Make him learn to put the condom on properly using the instructions (sounds lame but needs to be done to stop this)
There is no way to know unless you get a test or your next period happens.

Depends. When were your last two menstrual periods and how many days per cycle are you normally or are you irregular? If you just had your period last week and you're on day 7 - 16 of your cycle then I'd call the emergency contraception hotline and get yourself something to tackle it within 72 hours. Otherwise you could be pregnant. If you are in week 1 or 3 of your cycle then you probably wont get pregnant.

well 50/50 the condom broke when i was having sex with my b/f and here i am pregnant. so u never know.
