I want to lose maybe ten pounds and keep it off. but I also want to get toned. I just have a hard time fitting everything in. Any suggestions on hoe to lose ten pounds, tone up, and fit it into my busy schedule. I am 15 years old, 5'3'', 130 pounds.

Me and My partner have a debate about giving a child a swing so they get dizzy.

I hate it as im paranoid it is unsafe, and I tell him not to do it.

He says im bein silly!

I read on that women don't always have any symptoms for gestational diabeties. I've been more thristy than before (I always tried to drink the 8 glasses of water per day before pregnancy, but never seemed to) and that is my only symptom. My nausea went away a few weeks ago, I'm 16 wks pregnant and I've been slightly more hungry, but I thought that was normal during pregnancy. One of my friends noticed that I'm been drinking more water and told me I may have gestational diabeties...I still only drink about 6 - 8 glass of water (8 oz) per day. Is this likely or just a slight possiblity?

I've gone to the Dr. a few times and had my urine tested for all kinds of things...I think they test your blood sugar then. Also, I'm going to the Dr. on Thursday, so I'll talk to them about this, but I'm curious to see what everyone thinks.

My 8 month old daughter will NOT let me put her down for longer than like 5 mins. she cries if I walk away and she doesnt like to sleep she cries to sleep she will not go to anyone else she just wants to be with Me not even my husband Im going NUTS this is not my first child just my first clingy one. She nurses so I know that has some to do with it.. and TRUST me I have tried just about everything from letting her cry to letting other people hold her and deal with it it doesnt work I know there are more things I can be doing I am trying everything I am at my wits end with her!!! I cant get household chores done the ONLY time she is REALLY happy is in the car unfortunatly I cant move into my car for her HaHa Also she is VERY happy when I carry her around I wear her in slings So that helps but I cant do alot of cleaning when I am wearing her.. I dunno any advice From Someone who goes through this or has gone through this would be awesome thank you

we don't know if we are suppose to ignore it, or disipline. i've heard that by acknowledging his behavior will reinforce it. i don't want him to do this to other kids or family. i don't want to ignore it then it will look like i'm letting him get away with it. we don't like to say No unless it's something life threatening, so we say Uh-uh. ANY advice would be helpful!!!

My fiance and I were having sex, and then about a minute after we were finished I started to get braxton hicks contractions. I was getting them every 2 minutes for about 30 minutes. Now I'm just getting them off and on...maybe every 10 minutes. Is this something I should be concerned about, or is this normal?

Before I was pregnant 5 weeks ago, I took Clonapan at bedtime for my insomnia, and now that I'm pregnant, I don't take it anymore. Of course, now I can't get to sleep, and I was wondering if there are any herbs or safe OTC medicines I can take. Please help!!

Just last week, before I went to lunch, my friend gave me a note she said that fell out of her binder. It said something about someone liking me, but it was closed with, "Your Secret Admirer." She claims not to have written it, and so does my best friend, who says she'd go out with me as soon as she dumps her current boyfriend. I also asked this 8th grader who said she did, but didn't. As soon as we all got back, my other friend, Brian, said Erin (the one who wants to go out with me) wrote it to make me feel better. I don't believe him. I don't think Erin would do this.

I had similar notes sent to me in the past year, and they were pranks.

Any thoughts?

I'm 16 and have a waitressing job im a couple of months pregnant and when i told where i work they sacked me, i am not showing so you can't tell i only do 4 hours on tuesday and thursday and i needed the money. Does anyone think this is fair?

I'm pregnant, depressed, stressed, and I have no appeitite. I can't get out of the funk that i'm in all I do is cry and sleep if I do manage to eat or drink something its a bit ofwater or juice maybe a cookie or something junky and light packed with some sugar as i am a diabetic too and need it so my blood sugar dosent drop.If it wasn't for the diabetes i probably wouldn't even have that. The thought ,smell taste of eating makes me feel worse. I'm trying to function I have two other kids, but I feel like a total zombie. My headhurts sooo bad. I feel guilty for not being a good mom right now. I'm sorry if I sound like a whiny loser. I just really needed to vent...I have no one else....

Since 17 wks, I have felt my baby kick vigorously at regular intervals during the day. It almost always kicks when I'm still and flat on my back, whether morning, noon or night. But since Friday the baby's movements have totally changed. Now I have v. infrequent movement which is more like a flutter. Went to the hospital on Saturday night, they monitored baby's heart and said its normal. But still, the movements havent gone back to normal and now it's Sunday night. Has this happened to anybody else? Everybody tells me it will be OK, but I know my baby! and it's been 3 days!

My favorite is Dale Jarrett #88 in the UPS car. I do have a reason. The first NASCAR race I watched was one that he won. Since then he has not won more than four more. I like him because people normally like someone who wins alot like Tony Stewart, 20, he wins alot on sundays. Then Gordon, 24, and Dale Earnhardt Jr, 8, they win often too. Don't get me wrong others win, but they are the most often.
