Everything you are experiencing is just your body's way of preparing you for the baby. I am no doctor, nor are any of these other weirdos on here. I am just a mother of a 15 month old, and I know exactly how you feel. Do your best to rest now, and get lots of sleep, because you wont be getting any until your child turns 18. LOL. Okay, just kidding, but if you need to chat, email me. Sounds like the early stages of labor are beginning for you. Certainly, you are going to your doctor's office tomorrow, so they will be able to put your mind at ease. Congratulations on your baby.

You don't need to go to the doctor probably, they'll just send you home and I assume tht your doctor's appointment is within the next 7 days or so anyway since you're at 39 weeks. Usually, diarrhea is a HUGE symptom that labor will be starting soon. Drinking tons of fluids can help get true contractions regular so be sure to drink lots!! The head of your baby is working its way deeply into your pelvis wchich could be causing you to dilate more if you haven't already...that's most likely what you're feeling...you're just getting close in my opinion, nothing sounds scary or out of the oridinary.

You are probably going to go into labor soon. Your body usually tries to get everything out, preparing for the birth (like diarrhea and vomiting). Congrats and good luck, the baby should be coming soon!
