feed him more food. Or use some yarn.

Look at "The Children's Place". I saw a few listed on their website for young children. And ignore those people who say feed him more. As the mother of two girls (age 3 and 19 months) whose pants never seem to be able to stay up because of their slenderness, I know that the amount they eat is not relative at this age to how big they are. Those people are just ignorant. Good Luck!

I have the same problem with my children's clothing. I buy the pants that have the adjustable waist. They have tab's inside of the waist this way you can adjust them to the size you need for your toddler.

Try susppenders. they hold up pants better for little ones and he can wear them under or over his shirt. They're easier to undo when he has to go potty too.

Try Walmart or Target, try their smallest size, if its still too small, just add a few more holes to it.
