I believe that children should belong in a household with a mother and a father. However, I do understand that sometimes that can not be the case. I, personally, admire single fathers. They are the perfect example of what a man should be. Don't be nervous about it. You will do fine. One day you'll realize what a difference you have done in the lives of those precious little ones and you'll say to yourself, I am proud of myself. I was a mother and a father to my kids. :) hope this helped.

Single dad's who step up to the plate and stay there are awesome. Just as well as single mother's are. I think any single parent who devotes them selves 100% are amazing!! Good luck it is a very rewarding life.

It depends on the circumstances, but in general I'm impressed by people who step in and take the sole responsibility of parenthood on their shoulders when the other parent disappears from the picture.
It's especially difficult for single fathers, I would guess, because there aren't many of them and they're probably highly misunderstood.

Good dads deserve a lot of credit. Bad single dads need to take classes. My hubby sometimes takes our daughter out without me when I have to work and he does a good job on his own.

The same thing I think about single mothers they are good people for standing up and taking care of their responsibility.

they d there best as that all any one can d dads arent designed to be like a mum we just have 2 manage with what we got single dad or mum doesnt matter

I think that they are great, but I really feel that a child needs a man's and women's perspective when growing up. this can be achieved by having a close aunt, family friend, grandmother, etc if there is no mommy in the picture.
