Not sure where you could get one, but if you know someone who knows how to sew you could just have them take in the waist a little. A belt would be a bit of a hassle when you need to change his diaper and all that.

What I did for my skinny little son was open the inside of the pant waist and place an elastic inside. One side of the elastic is sewn and the other has a button in it.
Alot of pants you buy nowadays have the adjustable waistlines in them already. But for the ones that didn't... I made one. They are just like the maternity pants.

Buy pants that have elastic in the waist. If you have pants that don't then get some 1" elastic and stretch it as you sew it inside the waistband in the back. When it returns to the original shape it will slight gather the waist to make it fit snug.

What I do s i just make my own belt out of yarn and it works just as well as a belt. And it's cheaper too. Or you could or have a friend sew some clothes for your son.

I had this same problem with my boys They are tall but skinny. I could get pants to fit their legs but they would fall off their butts. My friend actually found a store that sells pants with adjustable wastes. Its just buttons and elastic{ like maternity pants} they are actually very common now. Or if you can sow make them your self.

I've never seen belts for kids that young, but you can buy suspenders that will clip onto his pants.

There aren't any belts for children that young..............Just turn his clothing inside out and gather an inch and sew all the way up
That should work.....Maybe your doctor can recommend ensure or some other nurishing food for him.............good luck.
