I want to lose maybe ten pounds and keep it off. but I also want to get toned. I just have a hard time fitting everything in. Any suggestions on hoe to lose ten pounds, tone up, and fit it into my busy schedule. I am 15 years old, 5'3'', 130 pounds.

try hitting the gym if you're that kind of person. it will make u feel better and you will have more energy.

15? Busy schedule? Wait until you start work.

Walk instead of going by bus, if you can. Walking fast is a great excercise.

School sports.

Watch what you eat.

15 MIN FAST WALK 3 TIMES A WEEK.
