my ex-gf called me and said that she needed to talk to me. Evidently she is preg. and said that it's possible for it to be mine or the other guy's child. We are going to have it checked, but the other guy has split. She asked if i would be the child's father. I don't have a problem with it. I just would like some advice on how to react to this. She's not due for a few months, but i want to be prepared for it. I just don't know what i'm supposed to do. any help would be apreciated. Thank you.

he hasnt had a bowel movement in 2 days, he has a very slight fever, and he is grunting softly when he breathes, like maybe he is hurting?? he doesnt seem to be in any kind of horrible discomfort, i have been giving him apple juice in hopes of some poop! i dont feel like he is in danger but my husband is more than a little worried. i am making sure he doesnt have some rare, strange illness with those symptoms, just in case... anyone???

My friend just got an abortion and I feel horrible. When she told me she was pregnant and was getting the abortion I understood and was completely supportive. Now I feel that maybe I should have talked her out of it but at the same time I know I had no right to do so. Is it possible to feel guilty for her? And what would the best thing for me to do for her and myself?

Last year my Son's school did a "sex education" for all grades Kindergarten to 6. Of course the content varied by age group, but in Kindergarten they were taught the "real" names for all the parts, where a baby grows and comes from and that no one is allowed to touch etc....

I had a miscarriage in June..I have dealt with it but I have not gotten the closure or response from the father...We are still together but we never talked about it he had never said anything about it.. when I told him I needed the surgery all he said was that sucks baby i am sorry i was attached....that was it the other night I asked him how he felt about it and same response....
Our friends just got pregnant and the father is completely against abortion.....my partner wanted it...and I said to him that's nice that they will keep the baby....my partner says well it didn't make a difference for us you lost it anyway...
i want to break apart from him because this is not the response i want from someone i am planning to spend the rest of my life with...

Well my girlfriend usually has her period during the 1st-3rd most of the time and its been acurate for many years. And recently I believe I might had inserted semen into her body and she might be pregnant right now. Is it too late for birth control pills even if its only been 5-10 days? Also how will birth control pills effect future growth. I am looking for a child but not this soon. Maybe in a year or two. Please help me thank you!

first time I had my son, we didn't try, it just happened.
now we want to try again (i'm 27).
ok, we just started trying, and I got my period, so I'm not prego.
but i was just wondering, why I didn't get prego.
i had sex during my ovulation time.
i staied with the semen 20 minutes inside me.
so what gives?
do sperm need a road map? shish, I want to get prego already. I just understand ow having unprotected sex could not always lead in a pregnancy. thanks

Our argument has been over calling the penis what it is or calling it a "wiggle worm". I was taught that you call it what it is but his mother taught him with a nickname. We have argued on this subject for over a week now and can not seem to find a middle ground-- I mean you call your ear your ear right-- Can you not teach your child that it is what it is and that when in the presence of others you just dont blut out this word-- that its not a "bad" word but not something that you shot out-- ???

Please help us try and settle this!!!

ok so i am 12 and in sixth grade
i got my period in may
and i am due to get it for this month in about a week.
since i was sick at 1 point in september, i havent had it heavy in skool yet.

but it is always very heavy, and i go through a pad every 35-60 minutes
see, my school is kindergraten thru eighth grade. it isnt structured like a normal middle school. we dont get breaks between classes in which we can get the chance to go to the bathroom. the teachers are a;lso rilly strict about letting us get up & go during class.
also i have talked to my mom about usin tampons and she doesnt want me 2.
summaary:
my peroid is always really heavy, and i dont get long enough breaks during school to change the pad. i dont know wat to do.
