Well my girlfriend usually has her period during the 1st-3rd most of the time and its been acurate for many years. And recently I believe I might had inserted semen into her body and she might be pregnant right now. Is it too late for birth control pills even if its only been 5-10 days? Also how will birth control pills effect future growth. I am looking for a child but not this soon. Maybe in a year or two. Please help me thank you!

Birth Control pills work by preventing ovulation and taking them now will not prevent a pregnancy...she would already be pregnant so you can not prevent something that already happened. The morning after pill works up to 72 hrs after the suspected pregnancy so this is also not an option. The only thing you can do now is wait and hope that she is not. If she is than you two have a decision to make whether to abort the fetus, have it and give it up for adoption or have it and raise it. Only you can choose what is right for your life. Do not let anyone else tell you what is right for you.

Because start manage does no longer look after you from STDs. Only a condom can do this. It's quality that your gf is on start manage, as you're correct approximately it being extra powerful towards being pregnant. However oral start manage and different contraceptives, such because the start manage jewelry and pictures, DO NOT look after you or her from STDs. Pulling out/Withdrawing (something you opt for to name it) may be for the prevention of being pregnant, no longer STDs. The best time it's trustworthy to NOT use condoms is while BOTH of you're monogamous and BOTH of you've gotten not too long ago been checked for STDs and HIV/AIDS, and had terrible outcome certainly. Even if you already know you and your associate had been monogamous, you must each be proven each and every 6 months simply to be certain. Remember that you do not need to have intercourse to get HIV/AIDS, and the final factor you desire to do is provide your associate an STD.

wait , what do you mean? you are trying to take the birth control pills AFTER you've had sex? nuh uh, thats not going to work, too late. you need to be on them a few months before having sex for them to work.. how they work? well they essentially trick your body into beleiving its already pregnant with hormones.. therefore you do not ovulate, and you cant get pregnant. thats why the last week of pills are placebos, so you will get a period.

she should obviously get a preg. test before she gets the pill, but you dont always get preg. when you have sex so dont worry and the pill wont effect the growth. also there are also different types of birth control so you guys should talk to a doctor.

They alter your hormone levels and convince your body that your already pregnant....thus preventing your system from ovulating.
No egg....no pregnancy. Capice?
