Oxitocin. Pitocin is an artifical hormone and is not the same thing as your body's natural hormone, and it produces stronger contractions.

Edit: stronger does not mean better, btw, Usually more painful and less effective than if you went into labor on your own.

Your body produces a horomone called oxocytion. Which that hormone makes you go into labor when it is time for you to have the baby. But when they induce your labor at the hospital they give you pitocin which is a copy verison of oxocytion which is the horomone that your body makes.

pitocin and it takes effect fairly quick. Well everyone's body is different but it was quick for me.
