what are the chances that our kids might be twins? Does anyone have an idea? Dumb question I know, Just curious though, !=]

Ok here goes nothing. I dont know if im pregnant but i would love some advice. Me and my fiance had unprotected sex the 14th of august. i started my period on the 8th of august but i havent yet this month. My doctor done a urine pregnance test on me and it came up negative and he put me on birthcontrol pills. I havent started at all this month and have no idea why. I wasnt fertal on the 14th of august but i read a thing that said if i am that i concieved on the 22 of september, but i also read that sperm lives inside the female for only a week. I havent had any other symptoms. Could I be pregnant?? I am 19. Please anyone that can help just help out and please dont be mean.

My child is 2 wks. old & i breast feed, but she seems to want to eat every hr. My Dr. said to alternate feeding her with Similac. Does anyone have any info. on this subject?

My friend is going to have a baby and she doesnt want the father in the childs life because he has a very bad background and he wants the child every week and has diffrent women in and out of his parents home or were ever he may be staying at . He says he wants to be in the childs life but she doesnt want him around at all, do you think a court would agree to share those rights with him eventhough she is not for it at all?

10 y.o. asks if she can cut and cook French fries. I say yes if you do your homework and follow instruction. We're prepping the fries. She has a 22 yr old brother that I TAUGHT how to fry an egg b/c he didn't know how since he had never cooked before (these are all immigrant step children of my husband). I say "This is how I do it. Please get the skillet" She says things like"NO! I don't want that pan. That's not how my brother does it!" (Never mind that he has NEVER prepared french fries.) You:“If you want perhaps your brother will buy the ingredients as I have and cook this with you. This is canceled” She looks at U like U are a cruel sadist. Was I fair to an ungrateful, spoiled brat or was I an ogre to a normal 11 yr old?

This was me and my husbands first month trying to conceive. I used the First Response ovulation detector just to make sure that we were getting the timing right We had intercourse a couple of days before ovulation, around the day of ovulaion, and a day or two after ovulation. I'm so excited at the thought of being pregnant but I know that sometimes it just takes a while. Has anyone done the same things as us while trying to conceive? Either way, how long were you trying before you became pregnant? Thanks for your help!

so you know how two pills come with each morning after pill Plan B package..well I took the first one then I dont know why but i completely forgot about the second on and threw away the package as i was cleaning out my car. Soooo now im freaking out cuz it might not work!! does anyone know if it still decreases the chances of pregnancy??

In the local area where I live a 14 year old boy went missing 3 years ago and a trace of him has never been found. My son has never complained about me walking him to school but I am thinking it will become a problem when he starts high school in a little over a year. yes he is an only child, but every time I think about that other boy, I just cant do it. I let him go to the movies with friends with no adult supervision, but he has no friends close by that he can walk with. Am I being over protective or do other mums or dads feel this way too. Are there any 11 year olds with an opinion on this. No abuse please.

I have a little boy who has emotional problems. He has been ill for quite a while, He is hurt over his father walking out when he was only a few months old and never getting to know him. He has never seen him. He is hurt because the only man he knew as "dad" walked out on us after 6 years. As soon as "dad" and I had a baby, "dad" stopped paying attention to my son and only gives the attention to his daughter. I have had to quit my job because of my sons illness and now work out of my home doing daycare for the past 9 years. I have came close to losing my house because of the financial problems of all of the above. I have taken my son to therapists and am having no luck, I feel like my son is spiraling downwards and don't know what to do to help him. Instead of allowing me to help him, he acts out towards me. Any advice? I can go into more details with personal emails. I can't live like this anymore and do not want him to go to a foster home. I can't stand the heartache anymor

Ok, this began about 2 months ago. Maybe a little earlier than that even. My 5 year old daughter has developed this insane fear of sitting on the toilet, claims it makes noises, and that it's gonna flush with her on it....BY ITSELF. She goes from calm to manic in approx. 3 seconds...complete with screaming crying, face turns purple from lack of breathing related to this, shaking --all because she will pull down her pants, make me go with her to the toilet, hop up on it, sit at the very edge of it to where if god forbid she actually did pee, it would shoot out on me....for about 2 secs, strains like she's having a BM and says "it won't come out mommy"....and attempts to hop off the toilet. When she has a BM, as soon as she feels that last little strain...to push out the poop( oh boy, what a subject) she attempts to hop off the toilet and makes the biggest MESS --it is horrible. I even took her to the ER and had her cathed over it....for retention. parauresis????

He is getting a new bike for his birthday, but this is close to xmas so I am stuck for ideas, he is not into toys and already has enough ps2 games and dvds, he has all the sporting equiptment he needs, he will be getting a new watch, mp3 player, and mobile fone any other ideas.
