My husband and I are both in our mid 20's, both college grads, with well paying jobs. We're homeowners, and adopted a puppy a 1yr ago, to take a tiny step towards the ultimate reasponsiblity of having a child. We have been together for 9 years and married 1. Everything is going very well, and we have adjusted to married life quite nicely. I, for some reason, have this overwhelming desire to have a baby now. My husband, however wants to wait a year. He tells me that he is not ready for the resposiblity of a child, he could not even begin to picture himself as a father at this time, and that a child would mess up our lives right now. Although he told me this in pure honesty, I was kind of hurt by this comment. I wonder if his opinion can change that drastically in a year? He has never been around small children, and has no idea what to expect. I don't think he understands the love that they bring to your life. I want him to want a baby, but would never force him to . Any comments?

ok well my 3 week old daughter is 3 weeks old and she is colic and last night i was soo tired i havent really slept in a few days...so i went to feed her on the couch and i fell asleep by accident and she fell off the couch and its 8:00 almost and i have been crying since 4:30 i keep thinking i am the worst mother in the word...could my daughter have brain damage because of the fall??

Other issues not withstanding; I love my wife and I want her to be happy and healthy. She is currently about 2mo pregnant and is having a pretty rough time. The docs say the baby is healthy and so is my wife but she has to stay in bed. See the main problem is I'm away right now on buisness and the absolute earliest I can leave w/out getting fired (which is bad) is the end of Aug; but I call everyday. She is currently in the hospital till the end of next week (just for observation) but I know she is still gonna be up and about untill I get home. She's got a few friends to help her but for the most part her family is very far away and my family is very far away. She does have everything she needs in the house so at least I'm not worried about that. What can I say to get her to listen without stressing her out which is bad for the baby and her?

I've never had boys in my family, so I don't know how they act when they're little. Can anyone tell me y my 1 and 1/2 yr son is such a sissy? He clings to me almost non stop, if I leave him upstairs in the bedroom with his dad to get him a drink or something, he has a tantrum because i left, when his dad takes him out just dad and son, if he meets a stranger, he cries for mommy. Why is this? are all little boys like this? like I said, I have no brothers nor cousins or anything that r boys and this is bugging me. The worst part, I'm starting to like snuggling with him, ect. I'm closest with him than my other two(I have a 3 1/2 girl and a 10 month girl)

at wat age do teenagers get facial hair. i have alot of dark hair above my lip,below my lips, alot on theneck and chin, and black hair on my cheeks extending to my chin. its wispy, and not really long. it grows kinda fast, and i shave once a week. im 14. how much hair and how often do u guys shave
