Never get pregnant or get over weight. Other wise live with them. In time they will go away.

I used cocoa butter through 2 of my 3 pregnancies and after; I literally watched the stretch marks disappear.

Products don't work except to make your skin softer. The stretch marks will fade with time, quicker if you exercise to get your belly back into shape. But don't be surprised if it takes two years or more. Think of your stretch marks as the badge of motherhood!

"The only reliable treatment for already-existing stretch marks is surgery. While several topical applications exist, they're only effective in fading the stretch marks; they do not cause stretch marks to completely disappear."

I heard cocoa butter is good cuz of the vitamin E in it, but it flakes off if you put too much on. so I use vitamin E oil at night and Vitamin E cream after i take a shower and in the middle of the day i will use cocoa butter. some people told me to take vitamin E pills. they have not gotten bigger , but i am still pregnant!! lol im hoping it works whenever im not pregnant anymore. this nurse told me the vitamin E helps soak up the marks and make them smaller. maybe toning up?

Well you are going to get a lot of people selling products, but just use the oil of your choice.Your skin is stretching and eventualy will unstretch itself(contract)If you allready have the stretch marks,-they are not easy to get rid of.I am a male and males get them too.-We do weightlifting ,boxing etc, and build ourselves up to acheive this--then we stop and our bodies leave the scars of over stretching our skin.--Its not just a pregnancy thing.--good luck.

Usually marks will fade over time, even if u dont use any cream. Not completely :(
maybe cream might do a better job or speed up. individual.
* there's lotsa brands out there, if it gives you itch/ rashes. Stop using.

You can use bio oil or they will fade over time. They ain't the easiest to go away it depends how big and deep the scars are and elastisity in your body.
