I pick my nose a lot, it's an old habbit I can't seem to break, what do I do?

I don't think there's anything wrong with it- why stop? I can't stand having anything in my nose, so I dig for gold all the time (in private with a tissue close by). As long as you're not wiping, flicking, or picking in public, who cares? Pick on, nose picker! Pick on.

I pick my nose, not as much as I used to, but yeah, I still do it.
Try to grab a tissue when you get the urge to dig. Dig with the tissue, then move on to actually blowing your nose. Some people claim it works, but I still like to get way up there... ; )

Um, no I don't pick my nose. To stop: put a rubber band on your wrist. Every time you notice that your picking your nose just pop the band on your wrist. You'll soon stop.

Sometimes I pick up my nose when it's running and felt on the ground. :D
(Try to imagine how disgusting it is and when you feel the sensation to pick your nose again use a hanky, it will worh. I think)

If I have no other choice, then I have to go pick my nose, other than that I use a Kleenex. Basic etiquettes. It's funny how you have no other choice and say, "NOOOOOOOO DAMN IT, *picks nose* why must it occur now?!"

I need to correct trick's saying. It's "You can pick your nose. You can pick your friends, but you can't wipe your friends on the sofa."

ah! we tend to pick our nose often... the only way to avoid this is by blowing ur nose everyday either while bathing or washing ur face.... are u still piking nose and reading this???

i used to pick my nose. now im nose pick free. what i would do like i did is slap yourself hard on your face.
