Effects on developing fetus if the mother is exposed. Why?

there is no effects of uv radiation if the mother is exposed if there was than pregnant women wouldn't walk in the day light would they.

however because of different and lots of hormones a pregnant women should always protect herself from the sun because she is more prone to get burnt

None, other than elevated levels of Vitamin-D. And I'm not sure that would be a problem.

Look at the aboriginal races around the world, exposed almost continually to UV radiation from sun-up to sun-down and they give birth to healthy children.
