who else (besides my husband and I) warning their sons of how girls will trap them by getting pregnant?

i don't understand why people think the girl is in a worse position than a boy when pregnancy occurs. if MY son got YOUR daughter pregnant, YOUR daughter and YOU would get to enjoy the child everyday and be able to build a strong bond with the child... MY son and I would end up visiting 4 times per month AND MY son would be paying for 18 years (although i am not argueing that men should pay for the kids). BUT, GIRLS do get pregnant on purpose A LOT now days! WHO FEELS THE SAME? WHO FEELS THAT I'M WRONG?

In other words, they are just us bringing themselves (copies) into the world as us! This depends what sex the child is. If its a daughter then the mother is involved, if a son, the father is involved. If they are lucky and get both son and daughter in their lifetime as parents, they have created a new life for themselves through them.

Sids. I am having trouble getting my newborn daughter to sleep in her bassinet and crib. Last night we put the mattress from her bassinet in bed with us and she slept pretty good. When we try to put her to sleep with us then put her into her bed she wakes up crying. I would like to know if that is a safe way for her to sleep. I know that with sids they are not suppose to sleep with the parents. i would like advice on if this is okay or if there is something else I can do? my mother told me she put us to sleep in her bed then put us in our own and we had no problems. my daughter also has a broken clavicle. I don't want to kill her with sids by having her in our bed , I don't know what else to do. I've heard it's perfectly okay to have the baby sleep with us but I don't know. We don't smoke at all. we have a semi-hard mattress. ANY HELP/ADVICE would be very apperciated.

We're newlyweds and both still very young and although we have talked about having a baby we had already decided that the time just wasn't right at the moment. However, I missed my period and thought I could be pregnant so we took the test a couple days ago. It came back negative. I know we should be relieved but we were so excited and happy when we thought that we might be that I wonder now whether we are ready. When we thought we could be preganant we were already talking about how we could make it work. We have a million reasons why we shouldn't have a baby: we're both too young and still have lots of growing up to do ourselves, we work way too much and our jobs take us away from home and each other for weeks sometimes months. On the other hand, we actually can afford a baby right now. Is it possibly we're ready to have a baby after all?

He ate maybe 2. I called our DR and he said to keep a close watch and if he acts differently to take him to ER. So far he seems to be good but I am scared and feel horrible. Can anyone tell me if he is going to be okay or if this is something that is dangerous. In the chewables there is Calcium and Magnesium.

I know it's totally normal for him to be interested in and playing with that area of his body. But it's really driving me nuts to constantly be changing his sheets and clothes because he took off his diaper and got pee and poop everywhere. I've even tried keeping a onsie on him to deter him, but he can unsnap it or just streches it out. So sick of gross laundry!

My gurl is afraid that she is pregnant. But, she was on the deprovera birth control shot for 7 years. She's only been off the shot for about 1 year and a few months. How often after you've stopped taking the deprovera shot can one become pregnant? I've heard everything from a few months to a few years.

It is going to cost $15,000.00. Does anyone have any help for us????
