Before I had a miscarriage I received my last period on the 31st day. Now two periods after my miscarriage I am getting them on the 25th day. I have been trying to get pregnant since and have not been able to. Is my body still not back to normal yet because I know normal periods are at least 28 days apart.

try using the otc ovulation predictor kits to find out if you are ovulating. No matter what day your period falls on, ovulation is the key. You only ovulate 1 day/month, and are only fertile usually 1-2 days before your egg is released.

25 days isn't too short of a cycle. Your body is just adjusting itself. If you are having trouble timing your ovulation, try an over the counter ovulation predictor kit.
