What do you feed your kids for lunch?

My daughter is super picky, so I'm running out of lunch ideas. We basically are limited to chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese, fish sticks, or sometimes chicken nuggets. I am usually always able to get some type of fruit in her as well like a banana or apple.

I want to switch up and try different lunches so she doesn't get stuck in such a rut eating the same things everyday.

Any suggestions on some simple lunches?

BTW -- she will not eat sandwiches or anything of the sort.

We're thinking of trying for another child. We have a 2.5 year old right now. For those of you who had one around that age, and then had another, what were the pitfalls, and blessings???

What do you wish you knew before you got pregnant?
What do you wish you knew before you had your 2nd??

What else would you like to have known????

Thanks!!!

My friends baby snorts a lot...like a little piggie! He is only 2 weeks old but I think it's a bit weird. He does it a lot when he is eating or crying. Is this normal?

Has anyone after having your kids had a problem with your belly skin. Is it stretched? I feel like mine is and i've exercise and eat right but everything is getting smaller except the skin. and thats all it is is skin. Do you know a way to make it shrink back without plastic surgery?

My 15 month daughter is watched by my neighbor lady about 20 hrs/week while I'm working at our buiness with my husband. She has watched her since 6 weeks and she is awesome. She is one house away, so I walk her down. My daughter absolutely loves her and gets so excited to see her. Is it ok for her to not be around other children yet? I have thought about a daycare center, but I'm so happy with the way things are. She gets to see and play with cousins quite a bit. Just looking for some advice.

What happened after you told him? Did he still love you, and does he still love you (if you two are still together). Did he take care of the baby?

And for the people who get joy out of being rude and unkind, I ask you nicely, please, bring it somewhere else.. just not here.

My daughter is 15 months old. I'm very new to all this baby stuff and think I have done pretty well for being 31 and the first time around a baby. I'm a little nervous about potty training. When do you start and how? What kind of potty chair do you get? I have no clue!

The kids haven't been behaving all day and nothing is working. They don't listen, they keep getting into trouble.. and everytime you turn around.. they're into something else. You're going to pull your hair out...

Oh, and by the way, they're 4 and 1.. and you're the only one home in a new neighborhood where there's no one you know, your spouse is at work and it's raining...

What do you do to keep yourself from going crazy ??

Do they expire? I bought a box of size 3 and on the plastic that they were sealed in, there was a sticker that says that they expire on 12/31/06. What?!?!?! I'm confused!

What is the stupidest question you have gotten. I have twins and I get all kinds of crazy questions, i feel as if I should charge admission to a side show. I have a boy and girl and people always ask boy and girl huh like duh no i just put bows in my boys hair cause I wanted a girl so bad. I even had to go so far as to tell a lady one had a penis and on had a vagina after she asked me like 6 times if they were identical. Then i love the are they twins one. Or better yet did I plan on having twins, yea I told my hubby to sock it to me really hard so we would have two. I just wanted to know someone elses stories I loev my kiddos as hard as multiples are I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Ok, I have a 3 year old son and his father has visitation rights. He was also paying child support and stop supposely because of the immigration that was going on (he is illegal). He doesn't come and look for his son and he knows where to see him (at my dads) so he has no excuse at all. He also has my dads number so he can stay in contact with him at least if he doesn't go and see my son.

Now on the other hand my husband wants to adopt my son and put his last name for him. My husband is always there for him. He buys him cloths, food, he takes him to McD's everytime my son wants to. At night my son will say, "Daddy, come sleep with me," and he'll go and do it. My son calls him daddy cause that is who he sees around him, you know. My husband kisses my son goodnight, he reads him the Bible. Basically, he does everything a father should do for a son.
How can I start the adoption papers or what would I have to do if this man doesn't start taking responsibility?

I will soon have a 11 yr old step daughter. How do I form a good foundation for a relationship with her? How can I help not having any frustration or resentment towards the daughter or ex-wife? I want all of us to be able to get along for my step-daughter but I am afraid that I will have to take immediate cover once the news is broken.
