the last time i was pregnant i hadmy cycle and i took a pregnancy test so i recently took a pregnancy test and it was negative what does all this mean? Am i having a miscarriage or not

In may i had an abortion and in the process of my abortion i found out how many weeks i was and i was 11 weeks and 1 day. I asked the nurse when did conceive and she told me the first week in march, but at the same time i had my cycle and she was like you could still be pregnant and a period. And the same signs i had last time when i was pregnant i'm having them again. So what does this mean? Because if i am pregnant i more than 3 weeks pregnant but no more than 6 weeks.

There are other medical problems that can cause irregular bleeding. See your Dr. I had endometriosis as a teen and that
was a symptom.

it could be a cyst, or you could have just ovulated. since your period was only 2 weeks ago, I doubt it's a miscarriage. it wouldn't have even had time to implant.
