This is something ive always wondered cause whenever you go to get a tattoo or piercing, they always make the women sign a document that states you are not pregnant. What if you went and got a tattoo or piercing and come to find out a few days later that you actually are pregnant. What are the medical risks youd be faced with. Its something they never tell you when your there. This is something ive wondered for years can anybody tell me why your not supposed to be tattooed or pierced if you are or think you are pregnant. There must be some kind of risk involved if they dont want yoo to do it.

when i go to sleep i always need some kind of pillow or blanket between my legs, or i need to have them open like one against the wall, and one just there on the bed. or they have to be seperate they cannot be together. i don't think its a sexual thing but i'm not sure. IS THIS WEIRD???????

My hubby & his EX have a 10yr son. They divorce when he was 4 but ever since his mom had always bought him every video game it comes out with 3-5 games to play. But she let's him play all day if he wants & when my step-son comes home he wants to do the same thing he rather like to play his x-box or his game boy than playing with us or go outside on the bike or to the park..My hubby allready talk to her & explain the situation but she seems not to understand there is always problems w/my hubby & his son cuz of the video games his son doesn't obey him & his mom just laugh she thinks its funny. My hubby had try to take away the video games & game boy by hidding them so he can play w/ his brother & sis.BUt what he end up doing is just be in his room watching TV, we took away the TV but he still ignores my hubby they used to had a good relationship but i think he is much into video games.What to do to help him out or make her understand is bad for him? We only get 2 see himtwiceayear

we have a son (almost 3), we had a miscarriage in november, and we've been trying like really trying again since february. my period is exactly 28 days apart, and we've had sex each month exactly in the middle of my cycles. this month i should be getting my period on the 24th, but yesterday i had like a reddish discharge and some cramping last night, but nothing today. this isn't familiar to me at all. can anyone help??

I'm do on July 16,2006 my doctor says if I make it until my do date the baby will weight 9lbs. I'm a very small frame person and this is my first baby and she hasn't moved down pass my pelivic bone yet so there a good chance I mght have to have a C-section. Does it hurt really bad????

I noticed my daughter used to have that tendency. e.g. if she falls down and sees no one is around she keeps on playing. But if she sees she will cry the minute she falls.

Like the parents who obviously see time-outs are not effective but use them anyway, the parents who laugh when their 4 year-olds call them "bitches" and yell "Mommy, I hate you!!" at the top of their lungs just because they were asked to pick up their toys, the parents who just give up on discipline for their kids and go run off to the doctor and grap a script for ritalin because they label the kid as having ADHD and sll he needed was a few good *** whoopings and some chores. How do you think these kids are going to be in 20 years? Are you afraid for your own kids?

Ok I have been on prenatal pills and everything, but my insurance was denied until just a week ago, and as soon as I had the number I called the doc for an appt, I am 28 weeks. No one would see me because I was too far along. So finally I found a doctor that I was referred to, he is a man though, I was sexually abused as a child and FREAK at the idea of some unknown man touching me down there. Any suggestions??? My doctors appointment is today!!!!

I am the mother of 21 month old twins who keep taking off their diapers. I have tried taping them....I have tried putting their sleepers and clothes on backwards but still they get the diaper off.
Please, someone out there...HELP ME!! I am going through almost 20 diapers a day and they are not cheap.

My mom is 33, so is quite young compared to the 45 year o;ld moms that my friends have. My mom is stylish and cool. I can talk to her about anything and she is always there to give me make up advice. Everone loves my mom and are soooo jealous.

My problem- my mom is sooo understanding it makes me feel weird. I cant do the normal teenage acting by shouting " YOUR RUINING MY LIFE" when i go out, she doesn't say i wear to much make up. Shell tell me i havnet blended properly and fix it for me. If i have problems with guys, she will help. I kinda wish i had a "normal" mum who doesn't want me to grow up too fast. Its really werd. what do you think

Mothers who breastfed at least 4 months (or longer), how often were your children ill in their first year of life? Did you notice them develop any advanced cognitive abilities or development? Did the child ever require hospitilization? Are they overweight or suffering from juvenile diabetes?


Mothers who formula fed from day one, how often were your children ill in the first year of life? Did you notice any decreased cognitive abilities or developmental issues? Did the child ever require hospitilazation? Are they now overweight or suffering from juvenile diabetes?

I ask because I was a formula fed child who is a sound and healthy adult, and in superb shape. I fed my children breastmilk for 5 months each. My youngest, who just got on formula, has had a cold whilst on breastmilk when she was only a month old. My oldest, had an intestinal virus whilst on breastmilk at age 3 months that required hospital treatment. I was never ill in my first year of life on formula. Just curious.
