Why is anyone getting worked up over these so-called liberals, when these liberals can't even keep Ann Coulter's book off the #1 spot on the NYT bestseller list? Are we to believe that this scary pack of liberals, which has so far failed to stop any aspect of the Bush agenda, is somehow capable of aiding terrorists? If so, how is this help being rendered, and which terrorists are receiving this help? If it were true, wouldn't there be a lot more people locked up for committing that sort of treason?

Could it be this supposed liberal threat really doesn't exist, and is just a bogeyman the extreme right has manufactured to scare and distract their followers?

Remember the big fires in Los Angeles some time back.Things would not have gotten out of hand if there was a water bomber base near Lake Meade.right now they destroy the B52s with a massive steel blade because of some arm reduction treaty.

If you believe this, then explain how Affirmative Action policies work, and give clear examples as to how they discriminate against White Americans. From what I understand, the policies were intended to correct past injustices against minority participation. If this isn't so, please explain. Intelligent and objective answers only! I would say I agree with about 70-75% of the Republican platform. But on some issues, (Gay Rights and legalized Marijuana, for example), I disagree with them 100%. Would I technically be an Independant, or just a moderate conservative?

I know not all of them hate us (like the british for example) but many in Europe seem to hate the USA no matter what.

The mayor we have was just re-elected by ten votes. He didn't want to run but nobody else would run against the opponent and I didn't live in the city at that time. So what I am trying to get is all the info on this matter so that the next election I can run for office.I live in texas in a town of just under 600.The election for mayor vote total was 59 to 49 this town could use a lot of pick me up through grants and donations but I have no idea where to even start any help would be a blessing thanks.

Seriously, post after post of people reading propaganda about Israel.

palestinians do not want peace, they kill time after time. They kidnapped a soldier and they get everything they deserve. It is amazing how some people turn a blind eye to when palestinians kill innocent Israel citizens but when Israel mistakenly kills a family picnic'ing then the world is outraged.
I hope Israel destroy the Hamas government, it doens't deserve to be on this earth.

Wouldnt we be better off with a democrat led govermant, just imagine universal healthcare, free college education and jobs with high pay and great benefits for everyone? And before any of u right wing conservative apes decide to give a smart remark YES this would mean higher taxes but a better quality of life.

I mean, it has already been proven that:
1) The war wasn't about oil and the US didn't take any oil
2) Iraq did have WMDs (they were found a few days ago)

I mean I think the USA did a good thing by freeing the Iraqi people from an insane dictator that killed his own people. The Iraqis love their new freedoms. Those insurgents are from outside of Iraq.

How much does our nieghbor to the south actually know about us? I mean the guy on the street. We know a lot about you , because we love your TV shows mostly. Our shows - well they are good but not as good as yours (my opinion). I think our news is a lot better than yours (we get that here too).

Do we have a Queen? Do we have a governor general? Do we have a military ? Is it in Afganistan? Hati? Do we have Provinces or States? Did we fight the British for "freedom" ....do we have freedom from the Uk? If so how'd we get it? Is Canada metric or imperial how much of Does Canada have nuclear weapons? I weed legal here? Are we a democracy a constitutional monarchy, communist , facist , or a republic?

I just want to know if the average American knows anything about Canada.

I was watching the news, and Dubya was talking. He told a joke, and then laughed at it. My four year old said "Why is he laughing. That wasn't funny. It was stupid"
