Still refer to him as Mr. President. He proved that he shouldn't be called a gentleman during his presidency.

Who says the husband of a woman president is called "First Gentleman?" Who started this business of giving a person a title and an office and a staff just because she happens to be married to the guy who got elected?
Hillary or not, woman president or not, let's get rid of this whole First Whatever nonsense. First Dog, First Cat, First Mother, First Second Cousin Twice Removed, First Bimbo....
Anyway, so many people here in New York State feel that Hillary is a good Senator that we are not permitting her to run for President. Not that she will. She can't win, so she won't.

I don't think former presidents get to be called Mr. President. I think that title is only for the current president. He would be "First Gentleman" or "Former President Clinton".

His formal title of Mr. Preisdent would contine on if Hillery won the White House. Maybe a combo of titles, dependin on who is addressing him and reather they are a couple or alone.
Bill would most likely live his own life and be addressed only as First Gentalman when he is with Hillery at formal White House events.
NOTE: The title isn't earned, its granted. So even if he doesn't derve it, he is given the right to it, so we have to accept it. Unless someone changes the rules for everyone. Remeber, he wasn't the firts Presidnet to engage in such activites, he's the one who got caught.
I can imagion the staff, welcome back. Trying to remember all the nit-picks of them from dyas gone bye. Bill would most likely let Hillery apoint someone else to the duties of the First ________, letting Bill do his own thing.

He would remain Mr President although his wife as the sitting President would have precedence. As he has two titles, he would have the one which has the highest rank which is Mr President.
