I mean, of course you would be if you lost somebody... personally I didn't lose anybody or know anybody that did but I've been thinking about it alot and since I didn't really understand the magnitude of what was happening at the time (I was 11) and I feel so much empathy now even six years on.

I live in Australia, and we soon have a new federal election coming up and I know you guys do too and I've always wanted to ask this question

I know it is a long time ago, but I'd like to know from democrats/repubicans/etc how do you guys feel/how did you feel about the illegal election of Bush in 2001. Are you worried something like this could happen again?

Thanks!
Anna

and Republicans will be elected by the other 90 million voters, can they believe that this is a representative government?

Would a system that allowed them to send their own representatives to congress be more fair?

Is there a way to devise a system which allows any million voters that agree on a candidate to have representation?

(There are a couple million libertarians, for example, who never get represented.)

My guess is other countries hate America because we come running sooooooo fast to their countries whenever there is a big disaster. America takes all the peoples tax money to help other countries survive. Yes, I guess we deserve to be hated then. I vote lets not help ever again with billions of dollars then maybe people will like us again.
Also when Dictators kill and torture thier people who fight for freedom, we should just stand back and let it happen, right?

Although it will take many years, I believe we can win this War on Terror if we simply avoid the temptation of throwing in the towel early.

And when we win, should all the Leftists be rounded up and forced to walk before an assembly of our soldiers, apologizing one-at-a-time for letting our troops down?

I think so.

In all honesty, he's one of the best presidents America has ever had. In terms of Bush's place in history, he will be remembered alongside the greatest presidents including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Ronald Reagan, and a fellow Republican by the name of Abraham Lincoln. Now, it's impossible for me to list ALL Bush accomplishments with such a short amount of space, but I'll list a couple of things this great man has done.

1) Bush has reestablished good Christian Values in the White House, and America at large (Lord knows we needed it after the Clinton administration).

2) Bush has made us safe from terrorists through his audacious military efforts in Afghanistan and Iraq.

3) Bush has continuously fought for Middle Class Americans by cutting taxes. A move that also saved the Economy!

4) Bush has raised educational standards for our kids by starting the "no child left behind" program.

I can go on and on with Bush's accomplishments. There's just too many to mention!

I've seen several "questions" on here lately about President Clinton being "accused" of rape, and I'm one for fair play. So, how many out there have heard/read about this poor black woman?

I guess this shoots the "liberal media" theory all to hell, huh?

I don't really know if he did what they said he did in the bathroom, or if it was even really a crime (since he didn't actually expose himself even if he was interested in doing so, and there is a strong possibility he wasn't interested in doing so).

But he pleads guilty, then says maybe he isn't after all. Then he resigns, now he wants back in. I don't even remember Ross Perot or John Kerry switching this many times in a row. Perhaps thinking before acting would work better. Just a thought.
