Yes, You aren't the only one, I was 14 then. It's abviously gotten a bit easier 6 years later, but as a child seeing people jump out of a burning building from 90+ stories up just so they wouldnt have to suffer, that leaves an imprint that will always be in my head. noone will ever feel like "oh, that was so long ago, I don't care anymore" I (thank god) did not personally know anyone in the building, though I met a few that where survivers from my town in florida actually, they were there on a business trip. even at 14, it was a big punch in the stomach to me, I remember crying for all the people, and to this day I wonder what would happen if that never happened. most people often don't think about the plane that went down in the PA field, and the plane that hit the pentagon, but They will never forget, people in other countries will never forget what happened to the USA 6 years ago. so do really answer your question, yes I feel sad, very sad for the families of lost loved ones, but I will admit, It is a lot easier than, say, the FIRST anniversary. well, keep your spirits high, and don't let terrorism bring you down, we have brave people out there fighting for us, a few are real good friends in Iraq, still figthing because of what happened that day, so thats what i feel most sad about, that we have had our troops over there since then, and not giving them a break......

♥ Yes... 9/11 was a horrible tragedy that I will never forget. I was 13 years old and I remember the day so clearly. I was sitting in HS in my first period class, which was Algebra/Geometry I. I was sitting next to a guy name Jenel which happened to be my sisters crush. I remember the principal coming on the speaker telling us what happened and then telling us to continue our day as usual. Well of course we were all in shock. The teacher pulled the tv up to the front of the room and we turned to the news on watching it unfold in front of our eyes. A few minutes later we received a bomb threat so after the football field was checked we made our way to the football field. Lines and lines and lines of parents trying to pick their children up had formed and they were using the loud football speaker to call our names. Each parent had to show something that proved that their child was who they said they were. My mom picked me & my little brother up. And we went home... I sat in front of the tv crying. I was so scared, because I didnt feel safe anymore. For years after 9/11 everytime I heard a plane I start crying and curl into a ball waiting for it to crash or a bomb to drop. It took alot of help for me to stop that. Now I cringe sometimes and I still find myself scared and I will never ride an airplane again, but I'm ok.
RIP 9/11 VICTIMS, FIREFIGHTERS, POLICE, RESCUERS, ETC

I always get sad on 9-11. I can't believe anyone would kill so many innocent people. Many people have forgotten what happened at Pearl Harbor. I made a vow never to forget 9-11. I don't think I could if I tried.

It was kind of weird hearing that someone had flown a plane into the towers, and I really did not get too bummed until last year when I woke up on 9/11 and MSNBC replayed the events of that day, and I remembered how scary it was, not knowing what was going on or what could happen next.

I was very affected when it happened. And, I think this is one of the first years that I don't feel affected by it. I mourned the loss back then. Life will never really be the same as before though. And, of course I didn't lose anyone. That would have been devastating.

No, mostly I feel angry that the libs in this country have forgotten about what happened that day, and accuse the Administration of using it for political gain, instead of realizing that there is a long and grueling war on terror to be fought, and we haven't even begun to make the sacrifices previous generations made in the name of freedom.

Just the opposite.
Being retired military I'm getting pissed that BinLaden and al qeada are still running loose 6 F%$*&%# years later!
If they "know" their in Pakistan then go in and get them!
Forget "politics".
We shouldn't be doing *any* business with Pakistan or have Embaseys.
