We cannot classify Microsoft as a non-U.S. company because it was established in the U.S. and is protected by U.S. laws. Only if the corporation moves to another country, and seeks to operate under the rights and laws from that OTHER country, can it then be no longer considered American.

The fact (and I wonder where you got this information from) that Microsoft employees (and I'm sure this is not true of all of them) despise Americans, their soldiers and the U.S. government, has nothing to do with the parent company.

However, like I've said to anyone that wishes to bash this country verbally, if for no other reason than just they can, "America - love it or leave it."

Well, Microsoft has never been known to be nice...always disrespectful. We only wish they weren't an American company. Only problem with that is Microsoft has enough money to take over a country like Korea and decide to drop some Nuclear Weapons on the U.S, which we do not want to happen. But I might also feel well about that, because, take a look at their Operating Systems, always crashing, so their threat might not work. Microsoft has been known to violate the laws several times, and has been countlessly sued for anti-trust. Microsoft is protected by the laws, although the government really hates Microsoft. We can't control Microsoft, and if something doesn't happen soon, Microsoft will buy the United States and Bill Gates will be our dictator.

In terms of the number of non-Americans occupying vital positions in the organization, without whom it cannot survive, YES!

Boy, that's a big company. How did you come to know how all those thousands of people feel about these issues?
