Belgium is a ficticious country with two distinct languages and cultures and an array of sub-cultures. Some would say it is amazing this nation has survived almost 200 years.

Since its founding in 1830, has the language of dissent ever been this strong for a separation of Flanders and Wallonia? Please provide specifics if you can.

this APEC meeting in sydney (population approx 4 million) this weekend is going to cost around $500 million AUS and approx $150 million AUS in security why don't they just have a video conference which would cost like $1000 all up or just have it on an island and get the navy to patrol it and not have it in the most likley terrorist target in Australia both of these would be cheaper and be easier to monitor to prevent terrorist attack
and yes i know that it is more than one question/statement

keep in mind the following was written in 2004, before bush kept trying to strong arm congress into accepting amnesty.

"If George Bush’s amnesty for between 8 million and 14 million illegal aliens is enacted, you can kiss the old America goodbye. By offering amnesty and residency to millions who broke in line, broke our laws and broke into our country, Bush is not only rewarding wholesale criminality, he proposes to legalize it.

His amnesty will send this message to the world: the candy store is open, and the Americans cannot protect it. Now is the time to bust in.

As there must be billions of people willing to come and work for a fraction of our minimum wage—and exploit our social safety net—the number who could come under the Bush guest-worker program is almost infinite."

Here's what you must do (assuming you're not too damn lazy):

Click on my Profile.

Click on my Questions.

Read the one that presents a detailed, specific case for Impeachment.

Then, either refute it (with reason, not puerile insults) or ...

SHUT THE HELL UP FROM NOW ON UNTIL DOOMSDAY
(which may come sooner with that idiot in the White House).

1,000,000 US troops in Iraq (300,000 in Afghanistan) would bring victory very quickly to those wars & would make it much easier to invade Iran to take out their nukes & bring them Democracy. What could be more important to any American than winning the war on terror, de-nuking Iran & turning most of the Mideast into a Democracy?

Or are Bush's half baked, half assed "Surges" that will never "finish the job" make you feel more comfortable?

A Mr D. Rumsfeld said:

"There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know we don't know."

But... aren't there also things we think we know that we later find we didn't know at all??? Aren't they the things that get young people killed??

As our borders become more and more liquid and our taxes go up and up, there will be a need for Americans to volunteer to protect our borders. Do you think these volunteers should be allowed to use lethal force.

I certanily am not. They take millions out our schools annually. It's messing up our child's education and future.

Many liberals are terrified of what might happen if American families are ever given the power to choose where their children will be educated. According to their critics, no lie or deed is too foul for them to use in their effort to mislead the public into opposing any piece of legislation that might weaken their own power. The teachers' unions and liberal politicians manifest their vested interest in the public school monopoly by attempting to block any attempt to weaken their control over the minds of America's young. Evidence for this claim is easily available from the television commercials against school choice broadcast in states considering voucher plans.
Anyway, That's how I feel.

you people who believe the official story have no reason not to watch a documentary made by the victims' families'. they have no agenda but wanting to find out the truth and hold those responsible for the attack accountable. if you refuse to watch this movie, you should be held just as accountable as bush for 9/11. because you choose to not learn the facts of the event that started the destruction of america as we all knew it. if you choose to not learn the facts, you are guilty by negligence. which is punishable in a court of law. ever heard of negligence homicide. well, by refusing to learn the truth you are putting all the rest of us in danger of the next attack this is upcoming. what kind of people refuse to even look at the evidence? are they just simply cowards?
if you love america and want 9/11 to never happen again, you owe it to all of us to at least WATCH what the media won't tell you.

Who is ready for another clinton?

Weren't we tired of the:

-selling pardons to marc rich and others
-firing the travel office staff because hillary was mad
-hillary hiding the subpoenaed files
-affairs in the oval office
-many of clinton's "associates" committing suicide
-the famous phrase "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, monica lewinsky."

What will hillary offer us that could be better than she did in the past?

I posted an earlier question asking how come the physics of the crash were not correct and some person had the gaul to say it looked fine. If you have an aircraft grade aluminum plane with steel, plastic, and other various parts in it ( considering the engines, frame, chairs, etc ) All traveling at a high velocity would not make a building want to collapse unto itself like that so it looks like a controlled demolishion. Let alone you would be able to find the serial numbers, parts of the plane, BLACK BOX, etc if it did have enough momentum if it could have possible hit the support beam on the building and damage it. Judging by the video it doesnt look like it. Plus steel needs to get very hot in order to melt or even bend. One plane is not going to weaken a whole building. It could put a hole in it or do damage to the top but not demolish the whole thing. The heat is going to disperse too quickly. As well the temperature of any loose burning fuel is too low to affect the steel.
