Allowing 100 Mexican trucking companies to haul freight anywhere in the United States starting Thursday! This is going to destroy the American trucking industry. Not to mention the flood of illegal drugs that will be shipped to America, which will devestate millions of lives. All to save a buck.

Many of us believe there is freedom and justice in war and many believe it only brings destruction, pain and loss. Some are confused between the rights and wrongs of wars, what do you think?

1. Build a secure fence along our southern border, and make illegal entry into the US a federal offense with real punishment.
2. Drastically reduce or eliminate the income tax, replacing it with a "flat tax" and a national sales tax.
3. Mandate that the parents of any child who gets in trouble with the law, or serious trouble at school, be required to take parenting classes and have social services followup.
4. Begin a program of "civil partnerships" for homosexual and heterosexual couples. These partnerships would be legally recognized unions, with 5 year terms. Each 5 years, the unions would be either renewed or terminated.
4. Severely restrict muslim travel or immigration to the US.
5. Discourage million dollar + medical treatment to save lives. These drive up insurance costs and bankrupt families.
6. Work to install a monarchy or strong single leader in Iraq to stabilize the country and get US troops out of combat.

My history teacher that all major civilizations have gone through 6 things that have led to their demise. He said that the United States currently have all 6 of those things but he didnt say what all of them were. The only one he said is when a civilization becomes dependant on other countries for energy and food. I also want to hear some opinions and thoughts of the state of our civilization right now and if you guys think USA is coming to an end.

to support it. For instance, if the Bible says a big country will invade a small country in the middle east, the first time a big country invades a small country there, you can claim the prophesy came true. But in truth, neither country was named in the prophesy, and noone will ever know which two countries were being referred to.
I think any reasonable man/woman will conclude that prophesies were predicting events that were expected to happen within the next 1 to 100 years. If they happened, they happened thousands of years ago, and they have no applicability to today. Even Jesus predicted events like his second coming that would happen within the lifetime of the people he was talking to. Maybe it happened and went unnoticed, but it certainly won't happen nowadays, unless Jesus was lying or mistaken.
I am sure someone will disagree with me, but that's what the Bible says; and the person disagreeing with me will probably be a person who claims the Bible is true. Unsound??

I'm a hetrosexual woman and I'm not advocating homosexuality but I do respect them as a people because we shuld all be judged on our character and not by our gender, race, and etc. So many homosexuals are treated badly around the world and Jewish people in a sense have their own country which is of course Israel so why can't homosexuals? Will this make everyone happy around the world? I've talked to some homosexuals about this topic and they actually really liked the idea and they even joked that the country's flag would be a rainbow.

By the way, I think this whole business about some closet gay being exposed by the cops is just shameful. I feel sorry for the guy whose only two choices were to openly admit his sexuality and be ostracized for the rest of his life or to hide in the closet until some busybody exposed him. Busybodies really annoy me.

So rumor is Ray Nagin is going to try to run in a political campaign and try to be governor of our good ole state of LA. How do you all feel about that? I personally think the fool needs a reality check and good slap across the face to knock some sense into him. What he doesn't know yet is that even though NO voted him in for mayor again (for some unkown reason), the rest of the state REALLY don't think too kindly of him. I really hope he doesn't do it. It will make our state look even more crooked than it already does.

Every time I ask a political question, I get nothing but ranting from many of my Liberal responses. For example, I asked a question about what Billary Clinton has actually accomplished as a Senator. The response? Bush is awful, Rusch Limbaugh, Republican stink, etc. Another question-Which was worse, Craig in the BR or Kennedy letting a girl drown. Answer? Laura Bush, Right-wing nuts, insulted I used Billary and not Hillary, etc...So, through all the Libs ranting I rarely seem to get an answer to the actual question that was asked ......Are the Libs really "Answer" impaired or Is it that they have no ideas and really can't stand behind the facts??

Hillary was anacolyte of '60's radical Saul Alinsky, the author of "Rules For Radicals" and one of the seminal influences in the Marxist, anti-American movement that spawned many counterculture yippies such as Allen Ginsberg and so on...her husband completely gutted our intelligence and military services, and he even lost the nuclear launch codes he was supposed to secure on his person at all times. The Clintons are on record as saying they "loathe the military", and BJ himself repeatedly blew off phone calls from national security advisors when Special Forces had Bin Laden in their crosshairs, preferring to continue playing golf, refusing to come to the phone to make a decision and saying he'd "get back to them", which he never did. This is all documented by Lt. Col. James "Buzz Patterson, who carried the "nuclear football"--the special briefcase carrying the apparatus in case of a nuclear confrontation. His first book, "Dereliction of Duty" details the abject negligence of B.J.C..
