I'm a hetrosexual woman and I'm not advocating homosexuality but I do respect them as a people because we shuld all be judged on our character and not by our gender, race, and etc. So many homosexuals are treated badly around the world and Jewish people in a sense have their own country which is of course Israel so why can't homosexuals? Will this make everyone happy around the world? I've talked to some homosexuals about this topic and they actually really liked the idea and they even joked that the country's flag would be a rainbow.

You can't put people somewhere else and expect the problem to go away. You put homosexuals in their own country and next homophobics will be calling for the bombing of that country because it is full of "sinful" and "evil" people.
What is needed is time. With each generation, there will be less and less who are homophobic to the point of mistreatment. Now, I'm not saying they will all be gone- look at the issue of race in this country. Even the small things like the race identification you see on applications and such are racist. It should not matter if I am white, black, Jewish, Spanish, or a RAINBOW. Diversity should not be measured in skin tones but in the minds of the individuals. And of course, I'm not saying this is the worst issue when it comes to racism. The other examples should be obvious.
But things are still a lot better then they were.
The same will happen with homosexuality. The masses will learn greater acceptance. It will never be perfect, for there will always be hateful people, but it will be increasingly tolerable.

And what would this country be called? Gayland? Capital - Rainbow City? And who is going to give up their land to form this new country? Is there a state that you just don't want anymore? Texas? New Jersey? And what would the rest of the country be called then? The Disunited States of America? Capital - Homophobia? Naa, how about let's just accept them and get on with worrying about more important things:)

mmm...I don't think is a good idea, people have to get over with
nuts things, there are many things that had already separated
people, such things as culture, religion, now sexual orientation?
I wish for a country for people who don't give a damn about what
the neighbor is doing with his or her life.
pple who curse other people are unhappy folks who need something that can full fill their lives...don't blame it on the homosexuals...

Jews can reproduce, homosexuals can't. Even if they did the adoption thing, would they only adopt homosexual babies? How would they know? If a lesbian was inseminated and the child wasn't gay would they make the child leave the country?

Homosexuals reproduce all the time! Judy Garland's father was gay.
But a lot of hetero women would miss their hairdressers and designers, and the rest of us would be out a lot of entertainers if the gays left to have their own country.

No, most heterosexual people would not be happy.
Many don't care, and many have friends who are gay.
The only people who would be happy are the homophobes, and those who simply hate homosexuals based on religious or cultural bigotry.

They screwed up when they push their lifestyle on everyone.
I could care less if they want to do what ever it is they do. Do not flaunt it.
In NY they have the fag parade, they dance and prance around naked, why do they have to do that??? They push it on us so we push back.

Um ... I am gay and I'd say the reverse; I think heterosexuals should have their own colony - a breeding colony and we can keep them in incubators so they can breed more gays.
