willy d is, of course, another of the pseudonyms used by the Tameside BNP Blogger.
He posts questions using multiple identities, and gets his BNP propaganda in, usually on the third post.
We have a skills shortage in this area, so we bring in immigrants to fill the gap. BNP will stop this, and the NHS will fall apart.
There are, of course, ethical problems with poaching trained medical staff from third world countries, who can ill afford to lose these people. Willy D just objects to the colour of their skin.
Trucker, in my experience, most of the girls turned down for nursing are rejected because they don't have the educational qualifications to access a nursing course. Nursing is a skilled career and good GCSE grades, and more often these days, A-levels are being demanded for entry to nursing colleges. Most of the overseas nurses brought in are educated to degree level.
However, it is cheaper to allow a third world country to pay for a nurse's training, then poach her, than it is to train a nurse ourselves. But somewhat unethical.
And yes, I know that many nurses are men. But him / her looks so clumsy!

You can always spot the Fascist British National Party, its the moth eaten skinhead hair cuts that give them away (see adolf wanted all blue eyed blond lover boys in his perfect world,)
The skins crop the hair (so nobody can tell they are not virginal blond troglodytes) but it is fooling nobody, the knuckles dragging on the ground and the protruding lower jaw and sloping forehead is a give away among the female members as well.

their are plenty of local girls want to be nurses but they are being turned down, in favour of ethnics, could this be because new labour are so despised that they have to bring these in to get ethnic votes to keep them in power because the white briton is turning against them.
