Crores of Rupees are deposited by IT Payers, and most of it is shiphoned by Politicians and Bureaucracts. can it not be off set against real good job done by IT payees.

Most of it goes to pay the debt on the war. Halliburton profits off of that. A lot goes for the functions of government FBI, CIA, Justice, courts, legislature, Depts of State, Commerce, Energy Transportation, Education, SBA etc. A good chunk goes to subsidies and bailouts for big business, a pittance goes to social welfare and FEMA to help in the case of national emergencies.
