I think it counts as rape so try going to the police or if you're unsure talk to a family member about it, don't go alone and stick with a family member. Age doesnt matter, because rape is rape. Although you might want to have evidence because unless you have evidence the police will look at you as the suspect because you are the adult and you might have forced the minor.

forcing sex = rape. even tho he is younger then you it wont matter. The steps you should take are as follows...take the clothing with you that you wore last night along with the underwear, do not wash them so they can pull evidence off of the clothing. Go to a hospital and call a detective or police officer and ask him to meet you at the hospital.
IF this goes to court the main thing they will ask you is why it took you so long to call the police and go to the hospital. The law can protect you in rape cases yes he is younger then you but he actually assaulted you sexually. Its the same as any kind of assalt in that no matter how old you are you will be punished.

Rape is Rape
1.800.656.HOPE
What Should I Do?
Submitted by darceyw on Tue, 2005-09-13 00:25.
Find a safe environment — anywhere away from the attacker. Ask a trusted friend to stay with you for moral support.
Know that what happened was not your fault and that now you should do what is best for you.
Report the attack to police by calling 911. A counselor on the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1.800.656.HOPE can help you understand the process.
Preserve evidence of the attack - don't bathe or brush your teeth.
Write down all the details you can recall about the attack & the attacker.
Ask the hospital to conduct a rape kit exam to preserve forensic evidence.
If you suspect you were drugged, ask that a urine sample be collected. The sample will need to be analyzed later on by a forensic lab.
If you know that you will never report, still consider:
Get medical attention. Even with no physical injuries, it is important to determine the risks of STDs and pregnancy.
Call the National Sexual Assault Hotline, operated by RAINN, for free, confidential counseling, 24 hours a day: 1.800.656.HOPE.
Recognize that healing from rape takes time. Give yourself the time you need.
Know that it's never too late to call. Even if the attack happened years ago, the National Sexual Assault Hotline or the National Sexual Assault Online Hotline can still help. Many victims do not realize they need help until months or years later.

If he forced you to have sex, that is RAPE, boyfriend or not, as a matter of fact even if he is your husband he still is guilty or rape if he uses force.
Yes, the law can protect you, file rape charges against him and then be prepared to testify against him in court.
I sincerely hope that you are no longer seeing this creep, if you are your chances of having legal protection pretty much vanishes because sex could then be considered to be consensual (by a slick defense attorney).

Yeah, it's called rape and you should have called the police asap. If the police won't do anything, you at least have started a paper trail or history for this guy. You may want a restraining order, for whatever good it may do. Don't ever accept abusive behavior. It only feeds it to grow.

did u get a rape kit done? did u call the police? what do you mean by he forced you? did you go ahead and have sex and then regret it and now are calling it rape? DId you willing screw and now cause your mad at him are you calling it rape? DId you go ahead and give in to his advances and found out he wasnt interested in anything but sex and dumped you and then you called it rape?
be honest and tell the truth! if he did rape you then he should go down for that!
but if thats not the truth dont be hating and lying on people
also if you have cleaned every evidence away then its just he said she said and thats hard to prove

Call a lawyer and take it from there. First you need to leave his butt because that is called rape dear. If you decide to stay with him then don't complain. Only you can put a stop to it and do something about it. Talk to you parents. That's why you don't get involved with minors when your an adult. Nothing but trouble.

He raped you. I'm so sorry Hon. Yes, the law can protect you, and he will likely be charged as an adult. Go to the hospital and police immediately. Take your clothes from the previous night as evidence, and try to talk to someone. Don't go through this alone. Don't talk to him or his friends or family. They will try to talk you out of going to the police.

Absolutely. Just like juveniles can be charged with theft, drugs, shooting someone in a drive-by, etc., so they can be charged with rape. Just because you're older has nothing to do with his offense. Reporting someone can be scary, especially if you're worried if you'll get them in trouble, but remember, he chose to hurt you, not the other way around. Confide in an adult you can trust and ask them for help.
