1. Build a secure fence along our southern border, and make illegal entry into the US a federal offense with real punishment.
2. Drastically reduce or eliminate the income tax, replacing it with a "flat tax" and a national sales tax.
3. Mandate that the parents of any child who gets in trouble with the law, or serious trouble at school, be required to take parenting classes and have social services followup.
4. Begin a program of "civil partnerships" for homosexual and heterosexual couples. These partnerships would be legally recognized unions, with 5 year terms. Each 5 years, the unions would be either renewed or terminated. Each partner would agree to keep their property separate and neither would have long term commitments to the other partner, excluding child support. While marriage would still be allowed, it would require sanction by a religous organization and be much more difficult to terminate.
4. Severely restrict muslim travel or immigration to the US.
5. Discourage million dollar, extraordinary treatments to save people. These procedures drive up insurance costs and often bankrupt families. Stop seeing death as a failure of medical science, and remember it is the natural end of life.
6. End the system of lifetime tenure in public universities, replacing it with 7 year contracts. Profs would be required to meet standards of research, teaching and publishing to maintain tenure.
7. End the public financing of NPR and PBS.
8. Capital Punishment can be allowed only in cases of strong forensic and DNA evidence.
9. End public funds for rebuilding private property in known hazard zones, such as hurricane, flood or fire zones.
10. Encourage the development of a monarchy or military junta in Iraq to secure the peace of the country and allow US troops to retreat from front line combat.

1 Lobbyists would be banned
2 institute a flat rate income tax of 7%. Disband the IRS
3 Health care. Our present system is a joke to the rest of the world.
4 Education again a joke
5 National service for all between the ages of 18 and 26. Must serve for two years. NOT the military. A chance to give something back to the greatest country in the world.

I would clean the House and the Senate. I would hire only honest people who want to fix America. Cancel NAFTA, bring our troops home, fix our borders, start a National Health Care System that will work. Stop giving out food stamps and welfare unless you do something for the government in return. Make it possible for anyone to go college if they want to. Stop all wasteful spending. Stop borrowing money from other countries. If we can't afford new planes for the President, oh well. No more freebies for government employees. Sweet-hearting will stop.

I wouldn't have the power as President to do what I would want to do, so I'll pass.

I would say to myself, "George, it's time to face reality and acknowledge that you're an incompetent boob who has no business playing President with trillions of taxpayers' dollars and thousands of Iraqi and U.S. soldiers' lives. So, George, submit your letter of resignation TODAY - and, with it, the resignation of Dick Cheney, William Gates, and all 535 members of the most arrogant, incompetent, evil, arrogant, greedy, contemptible, corrupt U.S. Congress in history." -RKO- 09/01/07
