If he wasn't really guilty he would not have entered a guilty please.
A guilty plea is a guilty plea... you can't take it back and before anyone considers pleading guilty they have to ask themselves: "Am I guilty of this crime" don't ask yourself "Is this more convenient than proving my innocence?"

If the Senate Ethics Committee makes such a recommendation for expulsion. then Senator Craig will be expelled. The rules of the Senate do not force any Senator to resign. The current President Pro Tempre of the Senate was once a member of the Klu Klux Klan. Yet, there have never been calls for him to resign.

No, I don't think he should be forced to resign. He should make that decision and leave it up to the Idaho voters if he decides to stay. Until I have more information on the situation, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt, but I'm a Maryland resident, so it's pointless what I think anyway.

I ought to disagree including your smart stream of smart First women. How approximately Rosalynn Carter? And, who's Ruth? i could pick to be sure a catalogue of backed costs and written rules for the two Barack and Hillary as neither have that plenty adventure. McCain has some to his credit, yet he's previous and his politics are tried and drained. The applicants are thrilling, yet they lack adventure.

He is trying to have the plea over turned. If successful he will get a day in court. Until that outcome I don't think the Senate will kick him out.

He is a mess! I think that the people of his state should have a say! I does sound like he is a hypocrite, but is he really all that different than many others in politics? He just got caught!

Not forced..but, certainly encouraged to resign. He is a terrible example for our youth,,,doing what he did is one thing...lying is quite another.
