ok forgive me if i'm wrong..but havn't people in the "holy land" the middle east etc..been fighting for hundreds and thousands of years over religion and territory and culture? What makes us think we can fix it? I know we have to prevent it from haarming us, but why do we expect it to end? It will never end..but will our participation in it end? just a thought

it seams that the americans are the people who are really living under a dictatorship . bush does not want to listen to his people and other elected politiacians . what was the point of the iraq study group. its like going to a expert and asking for advise and then doing the oposite . we all know that another bush is getting groomed to be an other president of the usa and they have a lot of political power money and lots of propaganda tools to get in power and then abuse it .and the american people are buying it . if saddam was to retire then i am sure he would have made one of his sons the next president of iraq. see the similarity

Bush threatened to go to war with Iran and Syria tonight.

In today's Wash. Post: "Speaking about the two countries tonight, the president said that the United States wiill "seek out and destroy" those who are providing material support to our enemies."

I didn't make this up - He's threatened to invade two more countries last night -- see for yourself:

Is he insane or what? This is the REAL reason for sending our trops to HELL! He's lying, again (who's surprised?)

Dateline Hoboken: Among 9/11 conspiracy theorists the greatist bone of contention is what happened at the Pentagon on 9/11. Some believe that the building was struck by a cruise missle. Others are equally sure that a remote control plane was piloted into the struture. As neither side has any real evidence to support their theory the name calling between the two can become nasty.

"Finally we have consensus" announced Stanley Quackenbush, president of the Greater Hoboken Conspiracy League. "We were able to deduce that the real culprit was a rogue Macy's Thanksgiving Day Ballon, packed with thermite and then drfted into the Pentagon. We even have a witness to the event who just keeps mumbling something about a moose. Based upon that expert testimony we're pretty sure that the ballon was Bullwinkle, you haven't seen him in years and now we know why".

The revelation came at the Hoboken Conspiracy Fair, sponsored by the Reynolds Corp makers of wrapping foil and fine head gear.

Are you going to look back and recall the harmful things that you said about someone. Knowing full well that someone doesen't know you.
Or thinking ill of the world and always being angry, angry about politics.
We have become a nation that has turned into a bunch of angry people that always have the need to argue to be right. Nevermind about the other person's views - just too concerned about getting your message across.

I am referring to our monetary system controlled by elitest. The World Bank. If you dig, you will find that our goverment no longer represent its citizens. So, we must be occupants who are ignorant of what we really are participating in.
I've read somewhere over 20% of U.S. population will be in the prison system by 2010. That, coupled with socialist programs is a very heavy burden placed on the population. Not even to mention the War designed to thin out the military population. ie; paid for with Taxes(u.s. employees) who are themselves tax payers.
The system is designed for failure. it's postphoning the inevitable for a later date. There is a middle ground in the midst of all this uncertainity. But, War is good for business all the way around.
America has no character. The media spins and creates what is necessary for the masses to stay messmerized. This is what I have observed. Anyone with half a brain can see it.

then decided that she did not want the child? I am not discussing rape, incest, or when her life is in jeopardy.

Why is it that someone can feel they should be able to have sex whenever they want and not have to live with the consequences?

After all, sex is to have children. If you do not want a child, do not have sex. Can we fairly say that this is another example of how government is allowing people to not take personal responsibility for their behavior?

Save the it is her body and it is none of anyone's business lines. Those do not answer the question.

During the last election season, Tim Pawlenty (Republican Governor of Minnesota) said, "I'd stand with President Bush if his approval rating was 2 percent, I won't abandon my leader just because times are tough."

Tonight Tim said he does not support the hair-brained troop surge idea. (I added hair-brained. He didn't say that.)

So is Timmy P. a flip-flopper or has Bush's approval rating really dropped that low? Anyone seen a poll that was done after 8:00 pm CST tonight?

I hear everyone from politicians to co-workers talking about winning the war in Iraq. I thought we won the war when Pres. Bush declared on May 1, 2003 that "major combat operations in Iraq have ended." Now we are nation building which gets me back to my question, Can anyone give me a clear and concise meaning of "winning" when Pres. Bush says we need to win the "war in Iraq"?

I do. I think he's exactly right about that.
He also has no clue what to do about it, and is clearly willing to kill more young Americans trying to muddle his way out of this, admitted, blunder.
Sad.

I say no for a few reasons.
1. Minimum wage paying jobs where never ment to raise a family on. They are for students and young people for earning extra money. Like flipping burgers an Burger King or Wendys.
2. Is it really my problem or the rest of Americas if "poor Bob" cant feed his family? No one made him get married and get a woman pregnant. It was the persons choice. If you cant feed them dont breed them.
3. If you raise minimum wage then the companies are gonna have to raise prices etc. This will force more jobs out of the USA. Why should they pay someone alot of money in the USA when they can pay people in China to do it for a few dimes. Or say Burger King will have to raise the price of a Burger more. Thus they will have to cut on employees and the the farmers will see the effect. Because they wont buy as much potatos etc.

And dont give me crap about not being able to afford school. I am gonna use my GI Bill I earned in the Marine Corps. I know there are many routes.
