What brought about their downfall?

2007-01-10 15:03:19 · 7 answers · asked by soccerdudex759 2

I'll tell you. We have learned that an evil president can get away with:

1 murder
2 election fraud
3 that signing thing he does to circumvent Congressional law
4 sending troops to their deaths without our support
5 any damn thing he wants

What else have we learned from the 'et al' crowd?

We've learned that the Congress, the Senate and all of mass media can be bought and used.

We've learned that by buying and using those resources you can effectively DESTROY a free nation by murdering civilians and blaming it on terrorists. After all, look closely at 9/11 and you'll see that the media is not talking about the overwhelming inconsistencies, not at any of our Congress or Senate officials doing their sworn duty to expose the real criminals of that crime.

Bush has taught us a lot and I say we take that into consideration during sentencing. What are your thoughts?

If it is a viable course of action, I would think he would have been able to announce other countries joining in a united effort to put an end to this war. I haven't seen any mention of any other countries upping their ante to this commitment.

Lets just discuss for giggles how would a country try and take over the USA. Who do you think would become Benedict Arnold traitors and side with the invaders? How would the invaders try and do it? What countries would it be?
I think that most liberals would protest us protecting OUR BORDERS. They would cry because the little animals are loosing their forests because of war. And their Global warming bullcrap idea is more important then the USA in whole. So we should just submit. Plus the invaders are a minority so they deserve special rights.
I also think the only way the USA can be destroyed is from the inside out. If you let cowards run the government then the cowards will have control. Thus we will weaken our selves to invaders. Liberals are cowards and they are destroying my beloved land. Get back to me on your ideas. USA! USA! USA!

How can Dems expect a person to support their family on $7.25 an hour? That's a joke! They shouldn't waste their time only raising to 7.25 when they will just have to raise it again to get people out of poverty through work.

They should make the minimum wage at least $10 an hour or more and mandate 100% employer-paid health insurance too.
And in Europe they get like 6 weeks holiday each year, and entry level employees barely get any vacation time.

Maybe what's good for the goose is not good for the gander.

The biggest difference between the US and Iraq is that Iraq has no idea on how to sustain a democracy, and they never wanted it in the first place. The history of Iraq and the circumstances of it's past are not the same or even remotely similar to the USA's.

So isn't trying to take the infastructure of Iraq and turning it into a Jeffersonian Democracy like trying to force a fish to live out of water?

WE, THE PEOPLE do have a voice in how OUR country is run. Why aren't more of us speaking out??
I do, because I personally email the white house, my state senators, governors, representatives, etc. about issues that are important to me and the area I live in.
I DON'T CARE that they have my home address, phone number, etc--what are they going to do?? Take away my birthday?? THEY CAN HAVE IT!!!!
If I suddenly disappear, it WON'T be without a fight on my part--ex army, female, and Alaskan Native Redneck. (And damn PROUD TOO!!)
WE, The People, can still pull America out of the hell hole the people in power have put us in. Why don't we??
Are we that disgusted, discouraged, so weak?
I KNOW AMERICANS are NOT!! We've just been so hand fed into complacency.
Don't you think enough is enough??

The rest of iraq will be left up to the Iraqis We have now as a matter of policy lauched on a course for regional, military supremacy . The lines in the sand that are now drawn will certainly be violated . The country that will only be protecting its sovereignty will be made to look like the bad guy . They will say that the iranians are supplying the insurgency . i dont believe it for a minute .

Do you understand there is a difference between fighting insurgents, and fighting a civil war in iraq?

Only Iraqi's can end CIVIL WAR. The insurgents are not part of that civil war.

There are two types of killing going on over there. One, from the insurgents who are funded by the likes of iran and/or syria, and the ones who are killing fellow iraqi's because of a differ in sects.

So no, he is not going insane. he is merely addressing more than one issue to people who can not comprehend more than one at a time.
