Who is the author of "liberty" bush just talked about?

President Bush just ended his speech on 1/10/06 with something about the author of liberty? wtf was he talking about?

all that comes to mind is thomas jefferson and jon stuart mill, lol

BUSH doesn't know who the author of liberty is..AND...I'm willing to bet cash money on it!

I don't know but the author of Liberty turned over in his grave when George Bush was elected.
