WE, THE PEOPLE do have a voice in how OUR country is run. Why aren't more of us speaking out??
I do, because I personally email the white house, my state senators, governors, representatives, etc. about issues that are important to me and the area I live in.
I DON'T CARE that they have my home address, phone number, etc--what are they going to do?? Take away my birthday?? THEY CAN HAVE IT!!!!
If I suddenly disappear, it WON'T be without a fight on my part--ex army, female, and Alaskan Native Redneck. (And damn PROUD TOO!!)
WE, The People, can still pull America out of the hell hole the people in power have put us in. Why don't we??
Are we that disgusted, discouraged, so weak?
I KNOW AMERICANS are NOT!! We've just been so hand fed into complacency.
Don't you think enough is enough??

People must voice out their concerns directly to their leaders just like Chris who was brave enough to air his grievances against the government.

I write the White House and...the Senator......and all of the legleslative body. I get nothing but nice answers back from them.

Get rid of the international intrigue and try going through the chain of command. You'll be glad you did. For your state and area, go though the local government body. Washington does not control the states...they are all on their own except for National Law governed by the Constitution. Each state has their own Constitution. Better read it.

No ONE is going to kill you unless you're a double knot agent. Relax and take a breath. You're gonna blow your cork if you don't.

I agree with everything you said and once I'm old enough to vote believe I will because I do believe that if this keeps up WWlll isnt too far in our history and it is pathetic that not a whole lot of people feel inclined to vote because if they had voted all of this could have been prevented well I think I mean Im still in high school.

People who don't use their right to vote have no right to b*tch about how the Feds run things, Some people are just too damn lazy to do anything. I am not one of them I can and do contact my representatives about issues that concern me and voice my opinion about them. I agree it is time for We The People to take back our country. Now the rest of you and you know who you are quit your whining Get off your lazy butts and do something to accomplish this

yes but WE are still quite lazy and We do not think that our ONE vote will make that much of a difference. Look what happened when we had a 95% NO vote for having cameras at every traffic light and at every corner and in California they went on ahead with it because they said so and they know better then WE do what we need and do not need. Therefore if this is one way of showing us why we do not vote it is a good show of why it does not really matter what WE say!
