I haven't heard one liberal say YES or ABSOLUTELY,
they always go off on a speech completely not answering the question.

No matter which political party you align with, we all have to admit that President George W. Bush has had an "interesting" presidency. Considering the current state of things (no need to elaborate here, assuming we've all been conscious during the past several years), are you for W., against, or have you switched sides?

I don't like the idea of having to pay to find public information. People who are incarcerated do have some rights, but it should be free and easy to find out about people who have been incarcerated, so long as it's not looking up information like SS# and what not.

minimum wage has always been consistent in creating higher unemployment because of the costs to pay more employees higher salaries.

Unemployment rates on the other hand have had a strict correlation with crime rate increase, that means higher unemployment the higher the crime rate(this is usually the case)

If minimum wage effects unemployment and unemployment effects the crime rate than would a decrease in minimum wage also decrease the crime rate ?

If our government was set up to be a series of checks and balances with no one branch having supreme power, than why can't Congress and the Senate impede Bush's plan to send more troops to the Iraq war? It would seem to me the presidents' powers extend into the realm of totalatarism, with his unstoppable power to wage war without his country's support.

If a member country of the EU splits into two or more independant parts, are the parts automatically members of the European Union? Examples might include Scotland, North and south Italy, the Basque country, Belgium and the Walloons etc.

Fully 70 percent of Americans oppose sending more troops, and a like number don't think such an increase would help stabilize the situation there.

Is it that you lack the intelligence to communicate your views adequately?
Or is it that your bored and getting people riled up is fun!?
It seems to occur on the left and the right.
I for one would like to be able to have ACTUAL conflicting opinions shared because that's how change happens!!
Repb./Dem. and every other political party ....voting or backing only your parties views seems wrong to me.
Anyone who makes a decision about an issue without hearing all of the facts .....how is that productive?
Being a part of Y/A for only about 1 mo. now. I see some things that frighten me and then sometimes I realize that this forum can't be taken to seriously.
Does anyone feel that any of this is helpful or educational? Has anything you answered or asked changed anything you believed before?

It seems that a lot of political questions I've read are on the attack. I'm not saying it's wrong... I'm just wondering if it's an honest attempt to see if someone can give a well thought out answer, or just an excuse to blast the republicrat target of your choosing?

Isn't this another retarded Bush strategy. Isn't this why we got rid of Rumsfield cuz that's what he would do? There's a Chinese saying that, "A sure sign of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result." Does anyone agree or disagree that Bush/Chaney are both INSANE?

1. The Iraqi's DO want the U.S. in Iraq.?

2. The liberal media clearly twists things towards the direction they want to report?

Why didn't the following author say it like this:
(my interpretation) "The majority of Iraqi's (57%) originally wanted the United States to stay in Iraq indefinately. Now, the majority of sunni and shiites believe they can take control of the situation in a years time, and no longer think the US will be necessary after that time."

.....just from what you hear from the media??

I mean, CNN and Fox tell you that Ahmadinejad said this or that, but, is that TRUE? Do you understand his words or what he says? Or do they want to make you buy their story??

In a nutshell, Bush says Iran has nukes, and theatens to attack them, but, why hasn't the US Government treated Israel the same way?

They got nukes as well, why the privilege?? Why aren't India, Pakistan, Israel or China viewed as 'rogue nations'? A lack of OIL, perhaps??
