I have to do a research paper on an issue of the Drug War. Some people are doing something like legalizing weed, and other drugs. I'm just not sure what subject I want to narrow it down to; it would have to have a lot of info, and I need some educational, real, web sites and books to get my info from. So if you know anything good, let me know. Thanks.

If war combatants incarcerated at Gitmo are granted rights based on the U.S. constitution, should illegal immigrants also have rights under the constitution?

I'm hearing some (usually liberals) saying they want it both ways. I believe that both should be given human rights but have no U.S. consititutional rights. What are your thoughts?

SEOUL, South Korea - North Korea said Tuesday it considered U.N. sanctions aimed at punishing the country for its nuclear test "a declaration of war," as Japan and South Korea reported the communist nation might be preparing a second explosion.

It is well known that both parties abuse the campaign finance laws; some just get caught. Shouldn't Reid be placed under the same standards as Foley and Abramoff? Not only because he violated the law but he violated the trust of his electorate who put him into office as a leader and the Dems who trusted him to be the Minority Leader?

I was wondering if this was true after I saw a question by another asker. For instance, do people at your company get the same amount of PTO than people w/out kids? What about non-paid time?

I was asking b/c I probably won't have kids, but I will most likely have to take care of my aging parents.

Thanks!

it is a very common practice to send jets to planes that are off track. Happened approx. 70 times the year before 9/11. Did the war games on 9/11 have anything to do with this? Do you find it odd that the games were simulating events that actually happened? Do you find it odd that there were drills on 7/7 in London that simulated the actual event. Are these enormous coincidences or diversions?

have endometriosis. I live in the state of Ohio, and the government seems to think that being paid $6.50 an hour is too much to be put on insurance. The job I have now doesn't offer it. I have lost quite a few jobs due to me not being able to preform and me not being able to show up on the days my pain is most servere. I started my period this morning, and it is by far the worst I have ever had. I had to call into work, and my boss told me to start looking for another job. I've only been employed there since late august. Can I collect unemployment? If not, what can I do? It took me a year to find this job because of what my resume looks like. I need answers asap. Please help me.

In the 1950s all street lighting was turned off at midnight and on again around 6.30 am the next morning. Cars headlights were nothing like as effective and more people travelled by public transport and had to walk once they got off the bus. There were no infrared cctv cameras in our cities etc. Fifty years on and hundreds of miles of motorways have lighting in obscure hours of night when there is very little traffic whilst at the same time causing massive light pollution of the night skies. Time to decide the objective of all this waste in an age of encouraging us all to be 'environmentally friendly'!
