Firstly, threatening the President is not protected speech. The Secret Service checks ALL THREATS, even by minors. They probably changed the page already. Hopefully someone got a screen shot. She threatened Bush by spray painting Death to Bush on his picture and drew a dagger in his hand. She got yanked out of biology....oh well. I email the President and VP all the time. I tell them they suck, they're greedy and ruining our country. Have yet to get any Secret Service men at my job, AS I AM NOT DUMB ENOUGH TO THREATEN THOSE MORONS.

It is interesting that you leave out the reason she was investigated. It wasn't the picture, nor was it the dagger. It was the fact that she put forth a threat against the president of the USA. All threats are investigated.

And the words "KILL BUSH " .
She got her -ss chewed and that was it .
She could have been jailed while she was investigated for threatening the president .
By law the Secret Service must investigate perceived threats to the president

I hadn't heard of this story, but I find it hard to believe. First it would be considered more or less a matter of free speech and second she couldn't be held accountable due to the fact that she is 14.

And why would you want to see it? To encourage hate? To support criminal activity?
