Many people will have seen Prescott's instructions that thousands more homes must be built in the South East of England. Now one of his colleagues in the government says that owing to water shortages in this area people must move away to other parts of the UK to alleviate this water shortage. The author of this suggestion is a certain Lord Rooker former MP for Birmingham,Perry Bar. This genius further stated that it was wrong to propose taking water from other parts of the country to relieve the shortage in the South East. Since Birmingham has been drawing water from the Elan Valley in Wales for about seventy five years or more perhaps this little detail had escaped him?. Brains should be engaged before mouths are operated perhaps?

We all know and understand that to live life as we do requires a little work. So why can't we do just that. Instead of complicating things with this thing called money. Nobody ever has enough of it to do what they want. And yet everything is there for the taking. Humans on the whole are good. We like to help people. We don't like to see people suffer. So why can't we just abolish money and get on with living ?

I have a website with some medical info on it, and I wasn't sure if I needed a disclaimer, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to throw one on there. Can I use one from another website and modify it?

As followers, Nigerian can never be faulted,we’ll follow a thief, we’ll follow faithfully behind an assasin in the name of a president, we’ll follow whoever imposes himself on us, you may ask why?. I once thought that the problem was that we’ve all lost faith in the idea called Nigeria, but today iam no longer sure what answer to give in response to why we are this way.Remember Fela Kuti;”….I never build house, my picken still small, papa still dey alive…hope I got the quote right……and we’ll find excuses to aviod confronting those who are robbing us blind.aviod looking in the faces of the LGA Chiarmen,Assembly house members, heads of Fed. Gov Agencies, who have turned public funds into their private estate, even our President who during his 7 years stay in ASO rock, watched while looting of historical proportion was being carried out.
To save this country, first we have to be very honest with each other,I think we have to tell it to each other and be damned!.
Truth Time folks!…Baban

The national debt allowed was inscribed in a March 2006 federal spending law. It called for the maximum allowed debt to be $9 trillion.
Instead of changing any strategies (such as the war) will Bush just ignore this law and sign into power a new law allowing him a new maximum national debt?
After all, the national debt is already a little over $8.5 trillion and growing!

Be reasonable their is a difference between Rich & Wealthy! The Rich do not pay for laws to be passed. But the Wealthy DO! And if the rich want to be on the have not side i don't see a problem with that! We are not after anyone's personal assests just rule & control for the majority over Money/Power/Wealth!

I AM NOT AMERICAN BUT I DEFEND & ENGAGE DEBATE WHENEVER THEY PUT DOWN USA EVEN IN MY OWN COUNTRY. THE WAY I SEE IT IS WE OWE THEM (USA) A LOT! IF IT'S NOT BECAUSE OF USA, WE WILL BE SPEAKING GERMAN OR JAPANESSE RIGHT NOW. THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY OR SO CALLED LEFT WINGER HAVE DAMAGED THE IMAGE OF THIER OWN COUNTRY BY ATTACKING AND DISCREDITING G. W. BUSH, WHY?? THE MAN IS DOING WHAT ALL AMERICAN SHOULD DO, DEFEND THE COUNTRY AT ALL COST!
IM NO DEMOCRAT NOT EVEN REPUBLICAN BUT I SUPPORT WHO EVER IS IN OFFICE BECAUSE I JUST WANT AMERICA TO PREVAIL! I LOVE AMERICA, THE WORLD OWES EVERYTHING TO USA.
THE BIGGEST EYE OPENNING TO ME WAS WHEN I CAME HOME FROM THE US. I MET A FORIEGN STUDENT STUDYING TO LEARN ENGLISH IN TORONTO. I ASK HER IF SHE HAVE BEEN TO THE US AND SHE RESPOND THAT NO AND NOT PLANNING TO. I ASK WHY? SHE SAID THAT ALL AMERICANS ARE BAD PEOPLE, GREEDY, MONEY HUNGRY, WAR MONGER. I ASK WHERE SHE GOT HER INFO? SHE SAID EVEN AMERICANS SAID IT SO ON T.V. BUSH IS AN EXAMPLE.
SAD.

One of the most fundamental tensions in American society is between our democratic tradition and its emphasis on equality and our capitalistic tradition and its call for the private control and ownership of capital. Thus, in present day American nearly one-third of all wealth is possessed by one percent of the population and the top 5 percent of the population control roughly 50 percent of all wealth in the United States (meaning that the other 95% of us posses less then half of all wealth in this country). In your view, what factors have led to these disparities? Do you think that such extreme inequalities in wealth are problematic in a democratic society (historically economic inequality of this magnitude has been a precursor to revolution)? What steps, if any, would you like to see the government take to insure a more equitable distribution of wealth?

Here's my thought process. Gays want marriage. They say that they have every right to marry, and we should think that it is normal. If we allow for it, then the slope becomes ever more slippery. Mormons and other cultures believe you should be able to marry multiple partners. It is in their religion. If we allow gay marriage, how can we NOT allow bigamy and polygamy. Once we have all of that craziness, what is stopping us from marrying our siblings? Our parents? Our children? WHERE DO YOU DRAW THE LINE AND WHY. If you say marrying your mother is just disgusting and wrong well GUESS WHAT, those of us against Gay marriage think that Homosexuality is disgusting and wrong. What are your thoughts?

i mean all the presidents u hve had in history has been involved in some sort of conflicts or other in different parts of the world.whether its a democrat or a republican one, all hve been evil.the worst is this present one, george adolf bush.your history says a lot about americans, lieing to yourselves that u won world war 2, when it was the soviets as even the germans admitted that after the war.lieing about korea and vietnam ,say it was a war of freedom when all you actuly were trying to achive was to get a strong hold on the worlds economy.america is the only country in the world which has military bases in every corner of the world, not even hitler tried to achive that.and if you count all the civillians america has killed in thier history it makes hitler look like a serial child killer.even to this day civillians are getting killed cos of american actions.so i want to know when are u going to pick a president who is not a war monger and lets the world get on with its own problems

All experts agree that jet fuel and other materials in the building were not sufficient to melt the steel, only weaken it. Some say alluminum from the plane caused this. This cannot be true either, you can ask any chemist and they will tell you that alluminum retains a silvery color when it melts. It seems that thermate is a very resonable explanation considering the other theories do not fit the data. Any opinions? Reminder: this is a fact, you can call me a conspiracy theoist and tell me i wear a tin foil hat all I want but cheap shots will only give creedence to alternative theories. Can anyone answer the question?

Both side deserve more..
