I think probably pretty low. Democrats are afraid it might do for Bush what the Republicans did for Clinton when they tried the impeachment idea. It bumped up Clinton's ratings way high and put it in the high 80's percentage. Bush is still in the low 40's and he is a scandal away from going back into the low 30's or lower. But if the Democrats bring an impeachment trial against him it may mobilize Bush supporters and even some on-the-fence people to support Bush very strongly out of fear the Democrats are just trying to take complete power themselves.
So the Democrats I believe will be content to just make his life miserable for the next two years as every attempt Bush makes to do anything is met with obstinate resistance in Congress, and Bush will leave hopefully with no more damage than he has done already.

Perhaps you should have chosen ad nauseum instead of etc. etc.
Same old rhetoric. Here is how I envision a Democratic administration:
More taxes that will eviscerate the entrepeneurial spirit creating new small business growth
Early withdrawal from Iraq which will fully empower Al Qaeda to declare open Jihhad in the Middle East.
Hugs and more nuclear power to N Korea and Iran rather than big stick diplomacy
Military to be gutted and turned into a social experiment as it was under the Clinton admin
Education brought back to teaching to the lowest common demoninator
Massive integrity problems throughout the admin reflective of the Clinton Admin
A SecState more interested in making friends than enforcing diplomatic efforts at world peace
A SecDef much like Les Aspin who didn't know squat about the military
Total and glaring failures of the intelligence community
Massive re-insurgence of narcotrafficking into the US because the Dems just don't think a war on drugs is a good war
Need I go on? Trust me when I say if a Dem president is elected, the scrutiny under which they will operate will be exponentially worse than anything the Clinton's ever experienced.

It is highly doubtful that the Democratic Party will be able to take a majority in both the House and Senate. Despite the disillusionment many people, including conservatives, have with the Republican Party; many are still reticent to fork over the entire country’s governance to the Democrats. Yes, in all likelihood the failures and betrayals attributed to the Republican majority and this Republican administration, will undoubtedly engender more people to turn to the Democrats as an alternative, but the Republican core constituency is too loyal to allow it to be an overwhelming switch in the makeup of Congress. Furthermore, given that we are in a wartime political environment, even people who favor change will be hesitant to make such a broad transformation in our legislative body while we are in the middle of a heated international conflict.
Let’s say hypothetically that Democrats do win majority control in both houses. I doubt, outside of fringe movement in the party, that there will be a great deal of support for a call for impeachment. What the Democrats need right now is not an act that will serve to cause scandal and animosity in our political landscape, but instead they need an act that will provide a viable alternative for the American people that more effectively combats terrorism, removes us from the quagmire that is Iraq, and more efficiently serves the domestic needs of American citizenry.

What violations? War without reason? Heck, BJ Clinton made it official US policy for an Iraqi regime change! Let's put him up there with GWB! At least he's got some experience in the courtroom! While we're at it we should get all those darned UN Security Council Ambassadors and try them too! All those 2+ dozen resolutions! How dare they!! Forget those 500+ chemical agent artillery shells they found in the desert! They were old anyway! Most would have been duds, right? Oh, stop, puleeeeze! Stop the hatin', Ri! Repeat after me... (ahem!) - GWB is my friend.... GWB is my friend....

Well I'm sure they will look into it but both parties are in the pocket of the big corporations, so if they can get the Bush administration on small infractions they will likely do so just to make the other side look bad..I doubt that they will reveal all of what they learn for fear of revealing just how corrupt the government really is..
I mean they want to be able to get away with their corruption as well so just the small shi t ever comes out.. Never the real big stuff... They keep that secret so they can both follow their hidden agendas without the other side exposing their dirtiest laundry.. It is all hidden under the guise of national security

Democrats don’t want to address the issues. All they can do is focus on how much they hate Bush. He hasn't done anything but be a good and brutally honest president.
Under Bush the economy is the best it has ever been. More Americans are working than ever before. The stock market is at its highest level ever. Unemployment is the lowest it has been in decades. There have been six-million new jobs created in the last five years. More people own their own homes than ever before in history. Minorities have been given jobs and not just lips service. There are more minorities in the Bush cabinet than any administration in history. The president has taken the battle against terrorism to their turf and not ours.
The democrats have been preaching Bush hate since the day he took office, they can't pin why they hate him--they just do. Is it that he doesn’t snuggle up to the Hollywood elite, Maybe? Or is it that he doesn't stare into the camera and tell us what we want to hear without regard to the truth, but instead he tells us the way it is? Probably that too…

Well if they do then they have to look at bringing charges against their own leadership for voting for the use of force against Iraq...
You see Bush couldn't do it with out the House and Senate voting for it.. so Sorry hillary and kerry you guys would have to be charged too

If they have a majority they can do a lot of mischief.
Too bad they are more interested in defeating Bush than in defeating the terrorists.
Maybe that's why they couls lose, again. People can sense that about them.
