I need to know the law on breaks in the work place?

We are working 10 hrs. days. If i am not mistaken . Breaks are to be given every two hours, is this right.(this is Indiana)

You're right, but the law is seldom enforced. There's a big difference between the law and enforceable law.

Well in Britain the law is for every 6 hours you work you get a break of 20 mins.

Check the Policy and Procedure manual where you work.
