how much do they spend on road safety?

They do dish out a lot of money tackling road safety in the country so i guess its probably road safety! i should get 10 points for this :D

All of the things all countries spend money on:

Police, education, collecting the rubbish, hospitals, roads, street lights, fire service etc...

If you look up the Northern Ireland Office website their annual report will probably break this down in more detail.
