I think you mean to have your own unlisted number. If so, I don't think so. Unless things have changed since I was a toll operator, unlisted phone numbers are never given out. If a caller insisted, we would call the unlisted number and get permission to connect the two. Of course, that was back when there were people doing the "connecting". :)
But I've often wondered why there is a charge for something they didn't list in the directory. Makes no sense at all. :)
