Thinking about the three factors that go into the vote choice (parties, candidates, and issues), which factor or factors do you think are most important for making an informed decision? How would you like to see campaigns changed to facilitate more informed voting?

Issues are my primary concern.

Candidates often say whatever they think will get them the vote so you can't trust what they say, only their past voting record.

Parties don't usually support or endorse a candidate unless he toes the party line on everything.

I try not to vote strict party line, but without knowing where a candidate stands on an issue, you have to look at the general philosophy of their party. Then you often have to vote for someone with whom you agree with more than disagree.

Change: I'd like to see some sort of truly non-partisan organization check and refute or confirm facts and accusations made by the candidates in all political ads. I know it's a freedom of speech thing, they have the right to lie as much as they can and they do. It should be illegal.

Don't even bother voting, because THIS secret and evil group has been in control of everything for far too long!...
