to the child for the first years of the childs life, but isnt as financially stable as the soldier is.

Basically my sisters husband is saying because he has a job, and housing and my sister (after he kicks her out of the house)
doesnt have a job, or a car of her own wont be seen as fit parent.

Is this true?
Shes the mother who left job to stay home with their child while he was deployed.

Can an active duty soldier even get primary custody of a child, if their mother is not a bad mother?

In terms of diplomatic tensions in Asia and the situation in which South and North Korea are in, I think it's urgent for the U.S to pull it's troops out of Korea.

South Korea is one of the richest countries in the world and has a trillion dollar economy...They have more than enough money and man power to sustain and protect themselves. Also, a lot of people in Korea resent U.S. forces on the DMZ line and want them to go home! I think it's better for both sides to leave it in South Korea's hand.

Hello,
I'm really interested in becoming an officer in the US military after I graduate from college. From what I understand, college graduates are guaranteed officer rankings...Second Lt I believe...However, I'd have to apply to a military academy upon graduation. What I want to know is...are my information correct? How competitive are these academies? How long is my obligation to the military (when can I resign)?...and would anybody recommend this path?

Thanks!

My father retired from the military for almost a year now and I have no idea what to give him for X-Mas. He used to be in the Navy. Any suggestions on something he would like that would honor his time in the military?

My best friend is currently a Calvary Scout in the Army. I'm currently deciding to join or not. He once said to me not everyone should do what I do, but every one should contribute someway. I dont think I could be a Calvary Scout, but perhaps something else... I could really use the money, and I plain just want to get out of here, and up the beat of my life.

So my question is How was your experience in the armed forces? What branch were you in? What'd you like, what'd you dislike? Would you reccomend it? How has it impacted your life?

Maybe because they killed the innocents with this kind of machine, now that could be a point why the Hezbullah and the Intifada already knew how to destroy this..miserable dreadful tanks owns by a cruel regime of Israeli Zionist. The spark of determinations by the Hezbullah and the Intifada..
Do you have any answers which could make sense to this question?

How does he do it? Will he lose rank or pay? Will they take him? Will he have to do boot camp? Can someone tell me how this works? Thanks guys!

Does anyone know the date that the Marines became "activated" during WWII? I don't mean the date that Pearl Harbor was attacked. I mean the date that the Marines were activated into attack mode? Obviously during Pearl Harbor, which my mother and father were a part of was the date that we entered the "war" but when was the official announcement given to the Naval/Marine Corp? I"m doing a history book and can't find the date. Thanks and Semper Fi to our Marines of then.
