It is a pity that the asker knows so little English, thus making his question barely intelligible.
The Merkava happens to be about the best tank in existence anywhere in the world. It did initially suffer from insufficient armor at the bottom, which made it vulnerable to the murderous charges of the terrorist Hisb'Allah.
Thankfully, Israeli ingenuity has solved this problem, and the Hisb'Allah will no longer be able to exploit this former fault.
While the asker shows his hatred for Israel, he misunderstands the function of armor on the battlefield.

Wow, we don't pull any punches do we? As far as I know the Merkava is a pretty good machine. It has a tried and true weapons system on board and even carries an infantry squad in the back. Seems to me it's pretty effective and not even lousy. Remember those wiley Isreali engineers have a knack for taking almost obsolescent equipment from other armys and rejuvenating it to modern standards, i.e. the Super Sherman of fame during the 6 day war. I wish we had one like that, the M-1 Abrams is so conventional in design!

on the contrary Merkava series is on the top positions of the world's best tanks list.
they are not "lousy" at all.
lousy is the Hizballah tactics to take cover in the urban areas, to blind launch rockets from the housing compounds, to take the civilians as a human shield. that is lousy.
lousy is camouflaging your hatefull rant under the military coverup with feinged military-related dispute. that is lousy too. reported.
